Why so glum, Los Angeles? Must be this unexpected May grey in the skies, putting a damper on our outdoor holiday plans (alongside the loss of a little friend). But don't get us wrong, we're still thankful for the extra day of weekend rest. It just means we can do a couple load of laundry, enjoy a movie or good book, and plan for a picnic next weekend when SoCal normality returns. We just watched The Big Lewbowski and there was NPR feature the next day. A lot of interesting characters in the credits, you can imagine they all had a blast making it. It has a devoted cult following that holds conventions. I had been noticing the bumper stickers. Especially liked the dance and flying sequences.
i just bought a very similar vintage desk off craigslist, also painted that shade of blue. how odd.
