Maxwell christened this week's chapter "Sacred Space" for good reason. Taking care of yourself here can have considerable impact on your life. Factor in the four R's -- rest, rejuvenation, relaxation and recreation -- when you're working in your bedroom this week. You might want to try moving the tv, as well as any work out, of your bedroom this week and see how your sleep patterns change.
