White Enamel Four-P...
I will use it to clean up every day, since it looks nice & light, instead of hauling out the old beast of a vaccuum on the weekends!
I'm in and out all day, which means lots of dirt gets tracked in and out. But almost as much, I'll use it to sweep up flour and other baking messes. Thanks for the giveaway.
I would use this little baby to suck up the long brown fur left by my my cat, Lexi. We love her, but she's a fur generating nightmare! There are wafts of brown fur floating down the hallway as I type...
wild western dust bunnies
Please.
I'd use it to clean the fluff from my flokati that roams the apartment like a herd of dust buffaloes.
I'd use it to clean all the weird dust that settles in my apartment from the rehabbing my landlord seems to be doing to every apartment above me. Now if it could only eliminate paint and sealant fumes. . . .
the answer would be: the constant fur balls and dirt from two rowdy indoor/outdoor puppies!
OOOH, please pick me!
i would use this in the kitchen to suck up crumbs, grit and coffee grounds. sharp looking.
I will use it to suck up the hair I am tearing from my head as I try to figure out what color to paint the dining room.
I'm in my first studio apartment (only 450 sq ft!!) and this would be perfect to suck up all of the dust and crumbs that I tend to leave around...and it is the perfect size too!
I'd use it to clean up the itty bitty hairs my puggle, Chloe, tends to shed all over the house. Oh, and also to pick up the crumbs she leaves on the kitchen floor when she and I have a Natural Cheetos snackfest.
Sweeping haiku:
Ergorapido
To clean my dog hair clad floors.
I'm a happy man.
Oooh ME ME! We just got a brand new puppy, and we're moving into our very first place together. I just *know* this would be the cherry on top!
I would use this handy sweeper to follow after my crumb-creating cuties, a kid who thinks he's a train conductor and a pint-sized aspiring princess.
One very messy toddler one very messy preschooler 1,000 sq ft of house = One Mom in need of this sweeper!!
650 sq ft. One big black lab. Hair everywhere. I need something for the twice daily quickie clean. The Ergorapido looks perfect. Please, pretty please.
my shaggy soggy doggy's mess, including all of the kibble the prince spits out on the floor.
oh i need this! messy roommates who seem to think the apartment stays clean by magic!
This looks like a great vacuum - nice and light and easy to use on carpet. But sometimes stains are just impossible to get out - and they need a little more help. I'm doing some work with the Scott Common Sense website and it has a tone of cleaning tips - from how to get out stains in carpets to how to keep sangria cold in the summer. Check it out if you have time:
http://www.scottcsc.com
I vow to use this lovely little vacuum to clean up the trail of crumbs, scraps and bits of crud that my fiance leaves behind. Even better, I'll teach him to use it!
Me me! I could use this to vacuum hair on the floor from my two adorable baby chihuahuas.
This is perfect! Lightweight, attractive design, and AT approved! Just what we need to chase the dust bunnies in our cement-floored loft.
Cat hair!
The dust bunnies and hairballs hiding out in my home need to go!!! They are definitely reproducing on their own.
I WANT!
Dog hair! I swear he replicates himself in hair daily.
Man! Do I need this! Two words: Gus & Ruby. The mess that my two hairy cats make! Every time they see me coming, they flop over on to the nearest rug (or the floor if no rug is available). Enough flops add up to one giant fur ball of an apartment! Help! I'm drowning in fur! Oh, how the idea of an Electrolux makes me smile!
Moving into our first new home next weekend. We have been renovating and will be painting this weekend I will use it to easily (key word) pick up all the little things that people track in and other dirties that are created through the rest of the project.
Been shopping for a vac - this is perfect. I have all wood floors and this will be fantastic at attacking the dust bunnies and cat hair tumbleweeds.
With a new baby coming, I'll definitely want to keep the floors super clean for the little one to crawl around!
i have two white cats in a small one bedroom apartment! this would make daily vacuuming so much easier!
i have concrete floors, a pit bull, and an expectant wife. yay me!
We rescued a wonderful dog named Mattie who has even swayed my husband into a dog-lover :) She is a beautiful Corgie mix. Unfortunately her bits and tufts of fur that she leaves about does not blend well with the 2 cheap blue rugs covering the vintage hardwood floors in our house. Mix that with destructoboy (my 10 year old son) and I am often chasing crumbs and doggie fur tumbleweeds. All I have is a big ol' 1 ton vac that can occasionally blow a fuse. I cannot even describe the odor from the bags- no matter how often I change them. The Ergorapido is bagless and cordless so how amazing would that be?
Save my sanity, my delicate nose, and my fuse box!
Clean the shag baby!
i would use it every day for the masses of hair that come with three dogs and two cats in a small two-bedroom house.
I have four dogs, some who like to swim everyday, so I would use it to clean up dog hair and paw prints.
black cat fur (I swear he's not bad luck)
I'll use it to clean up after my two new kitties that go great in my new condo!
Got a hound dog named Rufus
Shedding hair, what a mess
Using a broom is ever so slow
So I really could use Ergorapido
Black cat, studio apartment, beige carpet.
stick vac = perfection
I'd use it to clean up the kitty tumbleweeds created by my shedmaster cat, Mister Chino!
This would help me clean up the messes left behind on our hardwood by my twins and toddler.
Dust and cat-hair! I don't even know where it comes from sometimes!
flokati fluff cat hair tumbleweeds!
With two dogs and one cat, the fur bunnies are out of control! Help me Ergorapido!
I made the mistake of putting in beautiful dark dark brown wood laminate floors even though my dog has both white and black hair. Opting for form over function, I have to clean the floors daily. This will eliminate the dragging, lifting and cord of my circa 1989 vac.
With 2 large dogs in our household...daily cleanup is an absolute must! This would reaaly be a big help!
The Ergorapido would be used and used alot. I have two small kids who are super messy and two dogs who are always shedding. I hate lugging out my huge, heavy, (broken) vac to clean up the daily hardwood floor disaster.
With a dog that sheds a lot and a baby that spills a lot - there is no end to messes that I would use this for!
This Ergorapido would really protect my Housepet Flor carpet investment... with two little critters around, I'd be most grateful!
Wanna win!
i would use this to suck up all the bits and pieces in my kitchen that i sweep hourly just to keep my 14 month old from eating them.
I have a diabetic cat who sheds hair and dandruff everywhere
In our house, hardwood = hairywood. 'Nuf said. We need to win.
My tiny studio apartment has gorgeous hardwood floors -- that will not stay clean for more than 17 minutes. I would use this adorable vacuum to banish the Swiffer!
Ah, New England in the summer... cats shedding all over the hard floors that cover our entire apartment. Friends bringing their dog by to visit... and add his hair to the mess... the dust and allergens blowing in through open window's causing my sweetie's eyes to swell, nose to turn bright red, and soon follows the crankiness... and lest we forget that somehow it always seems acceptable to tromp around the house in sandals, even though shoes are always deposited at the door. Yes, i think this thing will do wonders to keep out dusty old home CLEAN this summer... and maybe even save my relationship!
We have alot of tile floors....with a shedding dog and 2 little girls, this would be FABULOUS!
wah wah wee wah
Clean up on aisle 5!
i'd use it to clean up the peppercorns that invariably spill out of the salt/pepper shaker every single time we try to refill it!
Dust bunnies and cat hair. ;-) Thanks.
Two dogs, (one with black hair) , one slow moving remodel (almost done), one baby on the way plus a WHITE polished concrete floor in 90% of the house = sweeping morning and night, sometimes in between.
I don't regret the doggies, I don't regret the remodel, I don't regret the upcoming baby, I don't regret the floor choice. I DO regret not investing in a small vacuum like this.
I would suck up those clumps of kitty hair!
1907 original hardwood floors...they've seen their share of dirt. I'd like to make sure the floor stays beautiful for another 101 years!
Perfect for my sisal rugs.
We...I mean...MY FIANCE will be using this to clean up after the puppy that he wanted soo bad that shed's his beautiful soft white fur all over MY beautiful dark brown wood floors. Jack, the Papillion/Jack Russel mis puppy, has been our source of vacuum for crumbs and things left behind on the floors, but I think his sensitive stomach (and my new wenge wood floors) would appreciate something a little bit more practical.
Fuzzy, cat hair "bunnies" are taking over my living room (and my kitchen, and bedroom...). I think the Electrolux would find them quite tasty.
I would LOVE! this..swiffer and mopping don't make enough noise...
I'd be sucking up all kinds of goodies my husband leaves on the kitchen floor after cooking. Hey....at least he cooks!
I like to eat dry cereal in bed. Hence the detachable bit would come in handy.
be great for all the little messes my kids leave after eating
It would help me clean up the crazy amount of dust my radiators spew out on a daily basis.
We live on a little farmette, so I would use it to sweep up grass, hay, chicken feed and whatever else gets tracked into the house. Thanks for a great giveaway!!
oy, in a house with three people always coming and going and two cats, we could clean everything!
Both my roommate and I have long, dark hair...that we shed all over our apartment.
I have two small children so this no doubt would clean up tidbits from meals and snacks.
Very nice :)
80 lb. chow chow and a new baby on the way. I need this!
I would use this to clean my new floors... When they are actually installed. :-)
I just moved into an apartment with all hardwood floors. I have to keep up with small mountains of dog hair, my own hair that seems to shed nearly as badly as my dog's, plus assorted crafty/sewing scraps as well as the day to day dirt that gets tracked in. And I am a very.... enthusiastic cook, but pretty obessive when it comes to keeping a clean kitchen.
With an all wood floor house (even the kitchen!), except for the tiled bathroom, I would love this.
Cat hair! My always-shedding cat and I need this!
One more time
Two children. Animal crackers and cheddar bunnies' crumbs everywhere. I would use this constantly!
My three cats, Thomas O'Malley, Noam Chomsky, and Fred Hampton shed like its no bodies business. Noamy, my big orange tiger, also likes to eat roaming carpet peices and wisps of hair off the floor (nice, I know) and then leave them in a pile of vomit for me to wake up to. He's a sweetheart.
eesh, make that "nobody's"
Kitty hair! My boy Geofree sheds "like whoa", and well... I shed too. Plus I bake a lot, so this would help with the inevitable occasional crumb mess.
I have an Airdale named Bill Murray who isn't supposed to shed, but he does anyway. I will use this handy machine to clean up after Bill Murray.
cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat food and cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair cat hair! It never ends... never! Suck it up, Electrolux!

method lust one man's unsupressed lust for method home products
I have crumbs to clean up!
thanks
Living near the ocean, there is so much sand that gets in the house. This would sure help! Thank you for the contest.
wood floors throughout 3 cats 1st floor city living = a giant job for the electrolux.
I would have it do just what it's made for: picking up doggie fur and dust off my beautiful wood floors!
I would use it to sweep up cat hair and the bits of litter that they track throughout my apartment for starters.
I need an upgrade from my Dirt Devil. Please!!!!!
cat hair my long hair!
you have no idea how much hair comes off a great dane. short hair dust bunnies are truly scary.
With two cats and a baby, I've got plenty of messes to clean up. Please let me win!! :)
Renting a room in an old UCLA fraternity house where the windows don't even have screens means over the years my low-pile carpets see a lot of dirt and traffic and not a lot of love! On my student budget I would truly appreciate the opportunity to upgrade from my old hand vacuum to this Electrolux dream. Thank you for having this giveaway.
I have 2 kids, a dog, and a messy husband. Will it clean all 4? :)
I have allergies (ker-choo!, ker-choo!). I also have two wonderful kitty catties (13 year old Maggie and 4 year old Sunkis'd). I would use this DAILY to suck up hair and dust, so my eyes stop feeling like I have gravel in them. Thank you!
I've got a crawly baby and hardwood floors that never seem clean enough with sweeping! I would love this.....
I'll use it to clean up all the dust, dirt, and pollen that gets tracked into my indoor/outdoor house and sends my little 6 lb dog into asthma fits.
tumbleweeds of cat fur? gone.
I have these oak floors that, while they are absolutely beautiful, are really difficult to clean due to the minor crevaces between the planks and wood knots. Would love a teeny yet powerful vacuum to help me out!
I use it to clean up potted plant mishaps caused by mischevious cats, not to mention litter messes created by those said beasties.
This would be perfect for me to suck up all the little scribbles and scraps of fabric, string and fluff that get strewn about everyday as I sew.
i could make a sloth sculpture out of all the cat hair!
Dog hair and bread crumbs and dirt clods. Oh my.
pet hair...all the way!!
I would use it to clean up after my messy dog. And in the kitchen where I get messy with all the baking I do.
It would be used often to clean up all the messes my little two year old makes while eating.
I have no pets & no kids, so none of those messes. Just the everyday dust & a shedding rug!
I don't want it - Thanks anyway!
:-)
oh i need this. i can't fit a normal size vacuum in my closet
toddler crumbs in my living room carpet, lots of hair in my bathroom floor, crumbs under the edge of my kitchen cupboards on the floor where cereal, bits of everything prepared falls!!!!!!!!
Cat hair, food crumbs and dirt! Oh, my!
2 toddlers another kid on the way, hmm, let me think ...
Cathair tumbleweeds watch out!
The husbands chewed off finger nails and toe nails and dog hair. I truly live with animals.
I could really use this and would use this for cleaning up our kitchen floor after our kids eat and for defurring our carpet after our cat lays on it sunning himself.
Thanks so much for this wonderful giveaway.
Tracked in dirt, and leaves drive me nuts! Help me clean up ergorapido!
I'd use it to clean up dirt and dust, sure. But I could never banish such a beautiful thing to the closet! No, no, it would surely have its own place in the hall.
I have a papillon. He sheds enough to fill a pillow every other day.
Oh, that thing would be a LIFE saver! It could help us stay on top of the ridiculous amounts of cat hair that are all over our tile floors. I love the little beasts, but they shed like it's going out of style. My sanity, and my allergies, would appreciate that handy device.
This would be wonderful for my kitchen floor. The kitchen isn't very big, so I often spill powdered cooking products on the floor on accident and this would be a wonderful way to clean up. It would also be great for stray hair in the bathroom!
tons and tons of cat hair and my hair. gross, but reality.
I'm still cleaning up a flooded basement, so something light and cordless like this would be great for that.
you guys never pick me!
cat hair be gone!
Me please!! Carpet, tile, hardwood floors - need to be cleaned. Thanks!
Apparently, people in the 30s didn't need much closet space when this house was built. My monstrosity of a vacuum currently lives wherever I last used it. This little beauty would be a delight, in the scheme of vacuums anyway.
I will use it to suck up the neverending supply of glitter and sequins that are always falling from my daughter.
Hey, with 3 cats & a beagle, & tile floors we could definately use one of these!! A broom or dust mop just don't do the job.
I have a 10 year old, a 13 year old, a dog and a husband. Need I say more? :-)
I need this product, ridiculous amounts of pet hair and dust in my condo. Weekly sweeping is not enough!
it would help rescue me from my rescue pup's constant shedding!
My sweet kitty's litter box droppings since he refuses to step out of the box..and prefers his crazy jumping and sprinting throughout the apartment. Leo needs the Electrolux please!
cookie crumbs, dust bunnies and exposed brick wall "dust"...thanks.
Hair and fur, Hair and fur!!
I need this to sweep up our cat's hair.
This will get the dustbunnies and stray feathers under my bed. (My puppy's beard isn't really getting the job done...)
I have two cats. On a weekly basis I clean up their weight in fur. I don't know how this is even possible, but it happens.
the dust colonies!
the hair from 3 cats, and the crumbs from one child and one husband...
The golden retriever and border collie hair that collects in small drifts every few hours, plus the rest of the yard the doggies track in several times a day.
Dog hair and black dirt tracks...Our grass seed has yet to pop so we get a nice mess on our floor everytime we come in!!
We live on a dairy farm so very handy for hay, hay seed and whatever else gets tracked in!
Cat hair, kitty litter, food particles, cat hair, dust, pillow feathers, random bits of string, cat hair, dirt. Oh, and did I mention CAT HAIR?!
The mess from my four kids and cat!
Dirt from the deck white shag rug = i need this vacuum...
I'd use this to clean up the room we use for shipping items we sell on ebay.
Cat hair!!! (Not too original, I know.) My beautiful Russian Blue leaves fur ALL OVER our polished concrete, and I am a slave to the broom. This contraption looks like a godsend!
I would use it to clean toddler messes.
dust bunnies galore!!!
I have a toddler...need I say more?
Oh me, please.....
for the sake of my hardwood that would look, oh-so good. If not decorated by hair-dust-puffs.
A never-ending gift from my lil' pup (Gladys)
whose shedding is driving me ever close to sheer madness.
A gift from Electrolux would be bring me oh-so-much luck
in eradicating those wily, tumbleweed like creatures that
fly into corners and stick to my sneakers.
Oh Ergorapido, te amo, te amo.
(tee-hee)
My house has four huge rooms with no carpet, and I use the handy old broom to sweep. This would be wonderful and actually clean those floors instead of just pushing the dust & dirt around. We also have two little fur-kids who are always bringing in sticks, leaves, bugs, bark etc, so everyday we have to vacuum and sweep.
I don't have a pet, but I do need this to sweep up hair. I seem to be shedding all over the place, but you wouldn't know it to look at my hair. I've been dying for one of these to help with my ever present dust problem. I'd use it on everything.
My ragdoll cat likes to distribute hair everywhere. EVERYWHERE. Like it is a gift.
playdough and crumbs, every day. The joys of watching two 3 yea olds.
It'll pick up tiny, nearly invisible shards of glass. I'm a glassblower and once I got a piece of glass from my floor stuck in my foot for SIX months. Also, the ubiquitous cat fur, garden dirt and remodeling sawdust.
Keeping with the same theme, cat hair (3) and a 5 week old abandoned kitten that we are fostering. I am constantly pulling out my heavy vacuum cleaner.
I have three kids so I would use this on everything from cracker crumbs to sand to you name it......
gkstratos @yahoo.com
Yes, I'm another pet-sufferer, I mean, lover. Tap tap tap, up the stairs goes the dog, dropping hair, dried leaves, insect carcasses and crumbs from under the dinner table. Zoom zoom buzz, up I will follow her with my super new vac.
To pick up after me, my cats and my husband.
All of the above.
Ohhhhhh, this would be so cool to own!!
I would clean up the mess my cat and dog leave everywhere!
Thank you for the awesome giveaway!!
Apartment therapy rocks!
FINALLY, a way to rid my home of dust and detritus...AND look fabulous while doing it!
Can we say dog hair? I knew that we could!
Pick me! Pick me!
I need a vacuum for my new, small apartment.
My hair falls every morning when combing and I need a quick "suck" to make them disappear. This is perfect! I'll also use it to clean my kitchen from cookie crumbs...
Pick me!
Pick me!
Pick me!
Please.....
That Ikea rug that looks kind of like a Flokati? It looks real nice, but it's surprising it's still there at all, considering the amount of wool that pours out of it.
Thanks AT!
Because I would actually enjoy vaccuming with this!
to eradicate ferocious dust mice.
dryer lint and dirt from the construction project just outside my kitchen window
We recently adopted two kitties who we love dearly, but they are shedding maniacs! We have been making do with our 10-year old behemoth vacuum but the poor thing is on it's last legs (and is so loud the kitties run in terror whenever it is brought out of the closet). This could be a welcome addition to helping keep our hardwood and Berber free from those fly-away furballs!
black floors and white cat hair (and litter) don't match.....this would be the perfect tool for my apartment
So. Much. Dust.
helllllllllp!
My obsession with fresh air and subsequent insistence on keeping the windows open mean that my apartment collects dust faster than I can clean it up. The crappy cordless stick vacuum I bought five years ago desperately needs to be replaced by something that'll do a better job!
I have cats. Enough said. Please!!!
I would love this new Electrolux product not so much for what is but what will be. I envision a grand mess, so much so which the particulars can't be imagined, but it'll be a doozey. One day something will break, and it'll cause a chain reaction. Perhaps a bag of flour will spill, maybe blood. That'll invariably get wet and on the walls. And then some. I will need help getting things back to normal. A lot of help.
Dust, dust ,dust, everywhere. I need lots of help.
between the cat hair and construction dust - I'm drowing in dustbunnies. Plus, its my birthday!
The mess it would help me clean up is pet hair. My daughter is a big time animal lover. We have 3 inside dogs and 3 inside cats. I'm always cleaning up pet hair. This would definitely help.
cat hair from 3 fluffy cats!
I would use it to pick up dog and cat hair.
shag bunnies. eek!
Lots of fur from Oliver the orange wonder kitty.
This would really help clean up all the saltine cracker crumbs on the floor, cereal and any other little tiny thing...oh yeah, salt...you could never just sweep it up with a broom. This would definitely help me clean that mess up.
Would love to win this...it is very much needed in my home.
i am ashamed to say it but i've got dust bunnies under my bed in the middle part. a little gross i know but i don't want to move the bed to get at it. ewwwwwwww.
Cat hair and dog hair (2 of each=a lot of hair!), as well as all sorts of dirt and dust and chicken poop tracked in from outside. No matter how carefully I wipe my feet, there's always something gross being tracked in.
ugh I have a 2 story hardwood floored townhouse with no less than 3 mischievous cats and 4 litter boxes. As they run around, knocking things over, shedding liked crazy, need something to get rid of all the cat fur bunnies taking over my life.
I'm moving from a carpeted apartment into one with all hardwood floors and I don't have a sweeper vac yet. With two cats I'll need one ASAP!
My vacuum is older than me and occasionally emits a burning rubber-band smell; this would by such a lovely way to clean up all the cat sand i find tracked into my rugs!
I have a dog who sheds a lot. I also have a boyfriend who spills a lot. But the main problem is me. It's so so sad being me before 8am. The simple act of making coffee can lead to utter catastrophe. This morning, for instance, my arm jerked involuntarily and my teaspoon of sugar sweetened my kitchen floor. I have found coffee grinds in places I can't logically explain. Please AT, for the sake of my dog and my boyfriend. Help me.
I have 2 1/2 year old and a 6 year old, so I am constantly trying to pick things out of the carpet (to avoid vacuuming daily)! I would love to win this product; it looks fantastic! Thanks for the opportunity!
Definitely to clean up our Bernese Mountain dog's hair that floats around the floor!
I just moved into a place with ALL tile flooring. I am owned by 3 cats, a dog, and a bunny -- so guess what I will be vacuuming up?? My current vacuum just seems to kick everything out the back when I try and vacuum on bare floors -- it's SO aggravating!!
Two Persian kittens and a house undergoing renovations? Save me, ATLA.
What sort of mess will the Ergorapido help me clean? That's easy. A BIG one. I may be a small-ish person living in a small space, but I have a special talent for creating a sizable mess. Some examples:
-Every morning, far fewer coffee grounds make it into the filter than around it;
-Even though I sharpen my eyeliner over the trash can, the shavings always end up on the bathroom floor;
-I can't pour new cat litter into the box without distributing an equal amount throughout the room;
-I am unable to prepare--never mind eat-- a sandwhich without getting crumbs everywhere;
-My crumpled paper never makes it into the basket.
Please, for all things good and decent in this world and my long-suffering mother's sake, pick me.
Crushed snacks, dust bunnies, insects of all sorts.
I would be soo happy to win this! this would be awesome for my big house,,, with having 2 constantly shedding cats who like to make a mess with their litter boxes!
forget the cat hair...i NEED it for my hair!
This would really come in handy to clean up all the litter my cat tracks throught my apartment on a daily basis.
It would be electroluxurious to swoop away dust, hair, crumbs and crusties left from critters of all of kinds and persuasions.
i need this to clean up my dust and pilled blankets. help!
I have two children and a puppy! I'd use this many times each day :o)
With two kids, two cats (and a husband) what WON'T this help me clean? Crumbs and dropped food on the floor will be where it gets most of it's use, though.
Thanks for the giveaway!
being a klutz, all my spills and falls. A good vac for my hardwood floors is necessary.
I have a huge problem with my allergies and an adorable cat that I love very much, but he leaves kitten hairs everywhere! I feel like my eyes are constantly red. It would be great to have something to suction them up with that would make more of a difference. Thanks!
Oh my god this is awesome!!! I would love and absolutely need it!!!!
dog hair in the family room
Two cats, one man. Please!
Wow! Great giveaway! With 2 young children and 2 kitties there is a lot of mess to clean up each day!
Thanks!!
I need this- I have 3 children, a husband and 2 ferrets- there's always a nmess needed to be cleaned!
Three dogs and a parrot!!!!!!
I would use Electrolux Sweeper to clean up all the beads that I manage to spill on the floor.
its disgusting under the bed, my current vacuum is too big to reach
I hve no kids and no pets, but I do live on a dirt road, and lots of road gets tracked into my house. i would love to win this!
ooo i have hard wood in everry room this would be easy!
the biggest dustiest bunniest bunnies would be no more with this machine!it would be the leader of my vacuum cleaner army. it would be a good example to a bunch of slackers!
please please please......
six cats, 4 year old and 11 month old who's just started crawling...we need this!
I have a teenage boy and tween girl plus a cat, and two Papillon puppies. If the kids and cat did not mess up the hardwood floors enough having two puppies that like to chew on everything only adds to what the Electrolux sweeper would pick up on my floors. It would be so convienent. Plus, maybe my teens would actually use it to help their mother.
I would use it on dust and cat hair!
Great colors! Would love one....
1. Cat
2. 12 smelly boys that wreck my home every Thursday night when we host our weekly poker game. 'nough said.
This would be great to help keep up with the sand/dirt that's constantly being tracked into the house from outside. Also, my hubby and son are notorious crumb droppers in the kitchen and this would be a quick and easy way to put a stop to their messes.
i will take one of those please
would be great for the steps in a three cat home......
ooh i can use one of those to clean up the carpet! it would be awfully nice to actually clean up this place i'm living at. i'm the only one here concerned about being clean here :(
This would help tame the mess under my kids' kitchen chairs.
I'd use it to clean up the mess after mealtimes since I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old.
i hav two dogs that i really love. they love me too and that's why they leave their hair all over so that i won't miss them when I step away from them. I sure could use this electrolux
This would definitely clean up after my 2 year old. He is always spilling something, especially during dinner. This would be perfect to hide in the kitchen closet for the little messes!!!!!
We live in the woods, and my dog loves the woods. So I am always cleaning up all of the woods that my dog brings into the house! :) Thanks so much!
We have three dogs and two cats and could really use this.
with 5 cats and a husky this would be great!
an abudance of pet hair and no light weight vac to clean up. I could really use this prize!
There is cat fur everywhere. We have two cats. The sweeper would really help out in decreasing the amount of cat fur.
Oh my gosh I could use this in so many ways.
To clean up the after-meal/snack crumbs that always accumulate under the table.
To clean up the dog hair that is everywhere (after my resolution that we would never get a dog that would shed - never say never!)
And the best thing is to clean the stairs & the kids rooms upstairs - I think hubby lugged the vaccum up there once in the 9 months we've lived here!
With two long-haired cats, there is fur flying everywhere! Thanks for the giveaway!
Whoa! What a pretty, streamlined vac! Perfect for toting up my steps! Upstairs is where the dust lies. Under the beds, crumbs on the rug in the TV room and unidentifiable objects on my sons
floor.
I would use this to clean the carpet in my room which seems to always be covered with my long hair which reaches to my knees!
I have two very furry long haired cats that are shedding. I need the Ergorapido vaccum. HELP!!!!
I'd definitely use it to suck up cat litter. It makes its way up from the basement to every corner of the house.
I'm not a very consistent cleaner, so I would love a lightweight and effective sweeper! I have lots to clean such as crumbs, dog hair, and trash my husband leaves in a trail behind him.
I too have a cat who sheds. I am also a slob trying to wean myself from my slob addiction. This may help.
It would help me pick up dog hair and the occasional cherrio that my liittle one drops that the dog doesn't find.
1 dog and 3 kids. I can use this! Cat hair, crumbs, paper scraps, unknown stuff lingering on the floor, dust bunnies, you name it....
the cat hair is winning . . .
This is great! I'd love to win it! It will help me clean up after the 95 lb black lab who NEVER quits shedding . . . UGH! Thanks for the chance!
This looks so light-weight and wonderful and I'd be able to scoot up and down the hallways with it everyday catching all the fluffy dog hair. Thank you so much!
My first post! I'd use the vacuum to clean up the shedding from my cats, the celeste rug (that I love and heard about through you guys!), and the puppy I'm planning on adopting in the next few days.
What a great little vacuum. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats who are all shedding terribly in this summer heat. I would use this every day. My dog, Autumn loves to be vacuumed so this would be very handy.
I would use to clean up all the dirt that comes in on my dogs' paws. Oh the joys of building a house on a dirt lot...
My goodness, I could use this to clean the kitchen floor of my dear doggy, Lady MacBeth's hair. We get SOOO frustrated because we feel like we are fighting a losing battle with her hair....This tool looks like it could be THE weapon to help us win this struggle once and for all!

This would be great for cat litter and cat hair.
This would be wonderful for mealtime when my son starts throwing food on the floor and I have to pick it all up!

With a baby and a husband, I can always find something to clean off the floor. Usually food, sometimes dirt and occasionally small objects, hair and grass.
there is hair everywhere
Cleaning up cat litter thrust about on the floor. Help!!
lots and lots of cat hair!
With the Electrolux Ergorapido
I could sweep up the crumbs of a dropped dorito
And could then swiftly clean up the dust on the floor
Or even use it under the door
Could also suck up that random lock of hair
And anything else to make my room look fair
No need to be dull and dirty like a schmoe
Just pull out my two in one Electrolux--rapido!
I have thick hair that ends up everywhere and my apartment is dusty. I don't have a vaccuum yet and I've been wanting one of these. My apartment is small (less than 500 sq feet), so I've just used a broom to clean. Recently I just bought a nice rug and it was nice for a while... now it's a hotbed of hair and dust. YUCK!!!
This would be perfect to clean up after the grand kids who love to distroy grannys house as fast as they can. Coarse I dont really care but I sure could and would use this handy gadget to help me clean up.
In a household with 6 cats this will get one workout! I have to vacuum every day on two levels because of all thge cat hair and litter and dry cat food all over. A lighter weight vaccumm will be a great addition that I can leave upstairs and make my life easier.
I love to work in my garden, and no matter how hard I try I always track some of my garden into e house. This would be great to clean it up.
My twin girls love to throw everything on the floor, especially while they are eating. THis would be great to reach under the table in the kitchen!
All the tiny bits of food that ends up on the floor after every single meal, especially under my daughters chair!
Y'all have been reading my mind again about what I need! This would help me cope with two small, shedding dogs and an S/O who can't seem to remember where the trash can is.
My grandkids provide for lots of crumbs and bits and pieces of art profects along with whatever is tracked in from outdoors to make this product really useful. Of course, Grandma and Grandpa can be messy too!
I need this in the worst way this would be such a help to keep the cat and dog hair and dog cookie crumbs in their place
The mess under my daughter's high chair every time she eats cereal or other crunchy things!
Cat hair, cat hair, cat hair, cat hair, and more cat hair.
It would be helpful in cleaning up a lot of crumbs from my 2 little ones :)
DOG HAIR that consumes my house. We have one dog (a weimaraner) who sheds constantly.
I will use it to clean my small house as the huge Kirby is getting to heavy for me to lug around.
dirt and hay from the garden!!
I have two kids, four cats and a dog... which equals LOTS of hair, crumbs, litter pieces, pet food pieces and more all over the kitchen. Right now I use a little brush and scoop thing since our little hand held vac finally died out on us. It's back breaking work! I would LOVE to be able to clean up the mess without getting on my hands and knees. Especially with four cats who are in and out of the litter box all day long.
Thanks for the GREAT prize give away!!!
My mother is not in as good health and the big vacuums are too heavy for her to work and the small dust busters are bad too because its hard for her to get down there and move around she has 2 grandchildren cat dog rabbit and messy husband hahaha this would be ideal
dirt from the carpet
Cat hair and the occasional dust buffalo.
I have twin babies and a four year old. I'm thinking Cheerios... all over the house.
With 3 dogs & 4 cats it will definitely make pet hair a thing of the past.
Puppy loves to shread every thing he could get his paws on.
cat hair, nuff said
DOG HAIR...
My hair...
When our baby comes - food and other such things :)
With 2 dogs and a small son this sweeper would never be bored!!!! Grass all over, dirt, snacks, papers etc.. all over the floor! This would be great to use.
Well, I recently moved into a new apartment and I have yet to buy a broom. (Yes I know they're cheap.) I've been doing the hands-and-knees things and this will put me upright again.
Well... I just moved into this so called "luxury" building and there is SO much dust, this would be perfect for the carpets and also the tile in the kitchen and bath! It would be awesome!
I have a 2 year old and 3 inside cats! I would use this to clean dirt that gets tracked in, cat hair that gathers throughout the day(yes I would use it once a day!), crumbs my 2 year old drops, glitter on the floor from craft time, toenail clippings my husband will not pick up after clipping his toenails (EWW) and dust bunnies!
I have a 108 lb English Mastiff that lives in the house with the five children and the others that are always here. You can imagine the stuff that gets tracked in, dropped on the floor, spilled, etc! I could really use the help!
Single Dad.Two Teenagers.One Small Apartment.
It would be amazing to get this for my dorm. The 'vacuums' they have for us to use don't do anything.
This would be great for all the cat hair our cat leaves all over the house.
Cheerios, Cheerios, and more Cheerios.
Lots and lots of "presents" from my 22 month old son, especially below his high chair. He's just sharing, right? I need something like this!
It would pick up the meal mess left behind by my toddler and baby.
everything my 3yo can throw at it. i never knew so much dirt existed in this world!!! would be great for quick kitchen cleanups!
frosted flakes always find their way to my floor, all crunched up!
this would be nice!
I have several messes this would help with:
- dog hair, dog, hair, dog hair
- messy child who likes crackers
- messy husband who likes sunflower seeds
Dust and pet hair, for sure! Would love to win, thanks for the chance. =)
I could really use this to clean our kitchen floor...it always has lots of crumbs on it. I also would use it in the trailer. Looks like the perfect size!
I am getting "internal server error", but I will try again.
Cat hair, dog hair, bird feathers, and dust bunnies.
I have long hair that seems to be everywhere! I have a toddler, who is very independent, and he insists on eating everything without help! I have a crawler who seems to find every little thing that I don't find while cleaning! I have a teenager who can't seem to remember to take of his shoes in the house when they are dirty! And finally, a husband who's hair is falling out from the "wood floors just never seem to stay clean" issue! I would put it to good use!!!!!
I would use it to clean up the little food messes on my floors
All of my hair on my beige carpet. ::sigh:: My boyfriend can't stand it!
I'd use it to clean up all the messes that my toddler makes - crunched up food, dirt from outside, etc.
I would clean up all the crumbs and mess left from my husband's cooking. Or non-cooking. Every bowl of cereal seems to contribute a tithe to the floor as well.
I'd use this to clean up cat fur and all the pieces of torn up paper/art material that my kids manage to leave lying around.
Wahoo! I currently own an Electrolux (that is as old as I am). It's so heavy and clunky though - I have to get out 3-4 parts just to run it.
This would be oh-so-perfect for cleaning up rampant dust bunnies, my shedding head of hair, and all of the charcoal dust from drawing. It would also frequently do a number on my white sofa.
The Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper would be such a help for all the outdoor stuff we track in. My husband is famous for leaving dirt tracks from his sneakers, and we both drag in grass, spinners from the trees... all that nature has to offer!
I would use it to clean up the dog hair. Lots of dog hair here.
I would use it to pick up door hair and anything the kids challenge me with. I love that it is lightweight and thin in design cause no one has room in an apartment for big bulky cleaners!!
What a fun sweeper. It looks very light and easy to handle!
I use a sweeper everyday, off and on through the day. I have baseball players coming through with dirty shoes, a long-haired dog, and my elderly father who wears his gardening shoes in our home. Please enter me in this delightful giveaway drawing. Thanks.....Cindi
pet hair!
Pet hair omg... the dreaded, evil pet hair... it'll help me clean the pet hair. =)
I have a husband....nuff said!
i've got hardwood floors and a yellow lab/golden who is always in a molting phase...i need a powerful vaccum to get rid of the dust and fur!
Will I be disqualified for uncreatively owning a cat?
I would use it to clean up pet hair, it to replace my ancient dirt devil handy vac.
this would work great on my laminate floors that show lint and dust bad
OMG! I would love this. Its perfect I have a 17 month old who is just learning how to eat by her self. She is also learning how to go in the cabinets and dump food on the floor. If I win maybe I'll even teach her how to use it. LOL! please pick me this would work so well in my home.
My boss was angry with me today. I feel fat. I don't have a boyrfriend, I'm lonely. I'm pale. My skin is flaky. I will never acheive my dreams. I'll never have sex again. I'm too short.
I need that vac to suck up my insecurities.
I have hardwood floors and 3 young kids. I would use it to clean up the mess they make at every meal.
despite the fact that the kitty litter box has extra high sides my cat still manages to get litter everywhere. That sweeper would be handy for quick clean up.
I have 3 boys....I need this to clean crumbs, dirt, etc. Need I say more???!!
The wild Dust Bunnies, Plant leaves (yes I do water them, really I do!), and onion and garlic skins in the kitchen!
This would be so perfect to clean my kitchen floor.
My polydactyl's floppy feet collect and distribute kitty litter all over the apartment which, when mixed with shedded hair, makes daily clean-up a necessity. This 2-in-1 sweeper sounds ideal.
crackers and bird seeds
This would be so Perfect for my house. And definitely something that we could use.
With 4 cats and two dogs and all hardwood floors we are constantly cleaning. And this would make that so much easier !
Thank you so much for offering this awesome giveaway.
I would LOVE to win !!
For some reason I think my husband and I "create" more dust and dust bunnies than anyone else I know - this is the case no matter where we live. In our new apartment this is coupled with the fact that the tile in our new kitchen is constantly getting dirty from the messy chef (aka husband) I will use this baby to clean, clean, clean - and not nag or complain about the mess anymore!
i would clean up chip crumbs, cookie crumbs, and other stuff my grandson would drop.
CHEETOS!
puffy cheetos, crunchy cheetos, natural cheetos, pseudo-cheetos.
CHEETOS!
I have four cats: a Siamese, a short-haired black cat, a brown tabby, and a Siamese/tabby mix. They enjoy flinging cat food around, tracking cat litter out of the box, shedding, and napping on my bed. A lightweight floor sweeper for my long-leaf pine floors would be just dreamy.
I have five recued cats that share my apartment, shed city
This would help clean up the mess all the cats make!
I'm taking care of my 92 year old mom, this would be very useful.
nice prize!
With 2 girls who manage to get crumbs/dirt on my dining room floor after EVERY meal, snack, whatever craft project their working on, etc., I would LOVE to win this! Beats the old broom/dust pan any day! Great giveaway-thanks for offering!

It would help me to clean dust, pet hair, cookie and bread crumbs.
I have nothing but hard floors, so it would be great. And the handle looks nice and big, easy to hold for me with carpal tunnel syndrome. Hope I win. Thanks
What kind of mess would this help me with? Oh, a 3 year old, a 5 year old, 2 cats, a 6 month old puppy and a 34 year old husband!
I clean crumbs everyday...all day.
Hair, and of course regular dust
I just bought a condo that had been foreclosed. Thought I got a good deal - then I found out the people who had been living there trashed the place before they moved out! What kind of mess? You name it! I've got stuff to clean up that I don't want to know what it is!
It will be so easy to clean my hardwood floors with this - I am forever sweeping crumbs (have a toddler) and my hair!!!!
This is great, reasonably priced and light weight. Great for using in my combination kitchen, computer room and family room for a quick clean up of sand or coffee grounds!
it will remove apartment dwelling tumbleweeds muy rapido, ergo, I want it.
I would love to have this to clean up after my girls and my Schipperke!
WELL! Since I broke my pelvis giving birth, I have only been able to lift my Eureka boss lite. It died last week, and the dust bunnies, in their cat hair coats, are going to take over. Please send help!
I would love this nice and lightweight to pick up all the dirt the the grandkids and dogs track through the house
I have hardwood floors so this would really help keep them clean
I have a plethora of medical problems, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder. Vacuuming is my most difficult task and have been praying for a vacuum that is light weight, compact and has great suction. My apartment would be a worthy home.
sheila
Oh hells yes. Today I absent mindedly pet my dog and a fist-sized clump of fur came off in my hand. She's perfectly healthy but shedding like hair is going out of style. Please, I need all the help I can get.
I have three dogs that track in sand ( I live in Florida) besides all the shedding they do. This would be wonderful! Right now I drag around a large wet/dry vac to get the floors clean.
Dog hair is the biggest mess maker in our household, but 14 grandkids is a close second.
Cat fur for sure!!! Our big old tabby sheds constantly...this would be perfect!!!!!
THANKS:)
This would be much easier than getting out my dyson for the back bathroom and hall, where the cats track litter all the time!
With this, I might even clean my apartment, I hate to use the big clunky vacuum that I have.
Would love to have this for my kitchen and bathroom floors. Light, easy and does the job.
as a trichotillomaniac and ocd victim i find myself unable to leave my apartment because i am on my hands and knees compulsively picking up individual hairs off the floor. Only a vacuum or baldness will end the madness.
dog hair dog hair dog hair dog hair dog hair.....our miss banjo is in her first (?) shedding season, spewing tiny black hairs off her little pitbull self. This could help, as we don't have a vacuum!
Looks like a great tool for every day use. Thanks for the contest.
My cats leave trails of cat fur everywhere. I would love this!!
Anything to help control the pet hair would be marvelous. I don't sweep up dirt, I sweep hair!
I have a teenage son; enough said!
My 2 year old grandson is like Pigpen from Peanuts, always a cloud of dirt around him. He loves a bath but he prefers to be dirty. I could really use a vacuum to run behind him with all day.
I have four kids 6 and under my broom is falling apart! This would help me to control the messes they make, which feels like an endless mess throughout the day. Thanks!
well some tough ny dirt dragged in from outside
I'd use this to clean up after the dog.
I love my Dyson, but for our kitchen, it's not worth pulling the whole thing out to do small jobs. I mention the kitchen because we have a balcony off of it, and a pretty cherry tree that loves to drop stuff on it. When anybody comes in from outside, it seems half the tree comes with them, onto our white kitchen floor. So, this sweeper would be great to clean that up!
2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 mouse, and a kid covered in horse hair from the barn...need I say more?
3beez at bellsouth dot net
I have a 6 year old son and a beagle...I think that says it all
We have 5 kids and a dog so we have plenty of places to use this
I spend half my life in my home office that is very small and narrow. What a pain to get a full size vac in there, it is cumbersome and almost impossible. This would be great! Thanks.
I volunteer to clean for people who cannot afford someone to help them. I would love to try your product as I clean all types of floors, even carpeting. I find everything from dry food particles, dog hair, you name it I've tried to pick it up with other vac that spit it right back out. thank you
I have 3 dogs so everyday light cleaning is needed without having to drag out the big vacume would be nice.
It will help me with both the cat litter that gets tracked EVERYWHERE and the crumbs from little kid mouths.
Oh man, every day after my 14 month old son eats a meal we need a major cleaning performance. This would be great!
Cat hair, my hair, cheerios
My daughter is going into her junior year at college and she is moving into an apartment this year. This would be perfect. Three girls in one apartment, sounds like they need help!!!
This vacuum will help me clean up all the dirt and dust that accumulates on my floors.

ann dot guns at mac dot com

My son recently moved into his first home, a cute little "craftsman bungalow" with all hardwood floors. This would definitely help to banish the dust bunnies he's been collecting!
Kid messes! Cheerios, scraps of crayon wrappers, food and cat hair!
We just got new guinea pigs and they are messy
the kids have crumbs everywhere.
This would be great for my dorm room.
sunflower seed..lol I am trying to eat trail mix instead of chips and I am always dropping sunflower seeds on the floor.
CostCo has these for $79.99 for all the non-winners.
I have three dogs and three humans to clean up after and this looks like a fast and easy way to get that done!!
I am a messy cook and this great sweeper would help me keep my kitchen floor clean.
we have a german shepherd that sheds an amaziing amount each day
I have birds, and it would be great for cleaning up bird seed and feathers!
7 cats here, thats a lot of cat hair. Thats my biggest problem. I vacuum everyday but this would be so much easier to use than the big vacuum. I would love to have a portable little cleaner like this.
I would use it to get up bunny fur from my house rabbits--and probably bunny poop too!
Between the kids and the dog I am always cleaning the hardwood floors. It is never ending. I would love to have something like this and throw away the broom!
I am doing (and having done) a bunch of work in my house--painting, new windows, recessed lighting, etc....the dust is killing me! My old no-name just isn't cutting it any longer. Help!
As a protector of stray cats, I have 4 that are permanent residents and at times as many as 6 visitors. The kitty fur and flying litter pellets are constantly needing attention.
With 2 Dogs and 2 Cats it would definately be used for Pet Hair!
a messy husband who has no idea how messy he is
my fluffy gray cat produces kittens-worth of fur!
I would use it to clean up my shedding Pomeranian pet hair.
this would be great for all the dirt and grass that get tracked into the kitchen.
This vacuum woul be a real lifesaver for me! Between a giant dog who is CONSTANTLY shedding huge clumps of hair wherevere he goes, and two young, and very accident prone when it comes to messes i'd be using this once an hour. Much better than my haevy, loud (causes dog to actually shed more!) vacuum!
This would be sooo very helpful! The kids are to that age where they want to "help" in the kitchen, so the floor is always littered with crumbs/etc and it drives me mad. Also, being summer we're spending a lot of time playing with water in the back yard, so grass is getting tracked in something awful.
My dog is doing some major shedding right now and I have to vacuum every day. This would help and be much better than a heavy one.
Wool bunnies from a rug I've had for a year now but still likes to produce excess fluff!
I have two shedding pugs and a toddler - need I say more?
My two little girls make plenty of messes and this would be wonderful to have.
I have wood and tile floors and I have 2 dogs : a Golden retriever and a Shih Tzu ( tumbleweeds of dog hair )
I would use the Ergorapido daily to clean up the floors it would be much easier than lugging out the old heavy vacuum
Thank you
All tile floors, nothing gets caught in carpeting or carpets, so its a hairball dust mess every couple of days, and dust pans just don't work! I mean how are we kidding with those... Can someone invent a good dust pan, that doesn't leave lots of dust behind?
With a cat that sheds fur everywhere and my own long hair, I need this!
It's perfectly compact for someone who doesnt have alot of room
Dog hairs, dog hairs and more dog hairs.
I might actually manage to clean my floors.
I need this with my two hairy dogs!!
We put down sand colored tiles in the living room to make it look beachy when I could not stand the green carpet another minute. Now it LOOKS great, but my 5 dogs are a little messy, esp since they have to use the front door to come in and out. Not only will it help with their tracking, but also one of the dogs, Kitty, sneaks bread and snack cakes out of the pantry (yes she can open the doors herself) and carries them around for a few days til one of the other dogs takes it away from her and then they always leave a crumbly mess. Trust me when I tell you the Ergorapido would be put to good use.
Just ripped out the carpet in my living/dining room, and the cats leave shoals of fur everywhere. Would love to have this for quick clean ups!
i just moved into a new apartment with all hardwood floors and a shedding dog. this would make my daily clean up a breeze!
What a great product!! What would I use this for? Well, I live in a zoo!! Well, it seems like a zoo! I have children (boys and girls), pets (dogs and birds), and a turtle (she really doesn't make a very big mess). So I would be cleaning dust, dirt, hair (dog and human), Cockatoo dust, small feathers, shreded bits of paper, crumbs, dry bird poo, bits of dry dog and bird food, etc, etc, etc...
Serously, my wife has rumitoid arthritus, so somthing small like this would be a blessing for her, so she doesn't have to lug out the big vac for the many small job.
Thanks.
I would use this lovely little vac to clean up after my snuggly little cat.
with two dogs I could use it.
I'm a total crumber. I'd use it to wipe out the colony of bread/rice cake/cookie crumbs on my living room floor.
sand and dog hair
We live at the beach so there's always a mess coming in and out here.
Yes, please! For lack of space, I have not made the move to purchase a full vacuum. I've been using a car-vac that my husband already had and it's breaking my back!
Well this would be for my son. He has a 3 story house and every floor in hardwood. He has 3 kids all under the age of 8. He has 2 cats and a chinchilla. This would be a big help to him. Please enter me & thanks!
puppy hair. our dog is just 5 months old and it's amazing how much he's shedding with the heat coming on!
...beach sand and lawn clippings and daily dust and spilled cereal and dropped potting soil and....and so it goes!
Let's see, I have 3 dogs and 3 cats, enough said! Our vacuum is great, but my fiance really is the only one who can use it because it is so heavy to push around. This would be perfect because it would give me a light one to use on a daily basis!
Our dog sheds like crazy and this would be the perfect solution!

I have two boys ( 8 and 2) who are constantly walking around the house with food or tracking in the mud/dirt from outside (we live across the from a farm). This would be great!!

wah! my comment won't post!
The DUST from our recent and soon to be finished home renovation. Oh, and the cat hair of course. Did I mention that I'm an artist who makes a mess frequently at home?
i need this desperately. please pick me!
Cereal and cat hair for sure!
I live in a 3-story townhouse with a very shedding yellow lab.
I think I could brush him every day and he would still shed enough to fill this broom vac everyday!!!! The stairs and the tile and hardwood floors always have little Owen-hair-bunnies floating around!
i want to win
Living in Chicago with hardwood floors is a nightmare in terms of dust bunnies. I bet this would make life a bit easier.
I would use it to clean the endless trail of cheerios that seem to follow my kids everywhere.
My cat is constantly kicking kitty litter out of her litter box.
I must have something not-too-frightening to chase my fur-flinging kitties with! Seriously, they shed more than their body weight in fur each week.
I would use it to vacuum up after my husband (trails of dirt seem to follow him everywhere), and of course myself (I am pretty bad at spilling most everything on our hardwood floors).
I would use it to clean mostly my hardwood and linoleoum floors. But I could use it everywhere, even on my furniture since its soo lightweight. Thanx for the contest.
Ooooh, clean up after the man that works so hard
The gritty little mess right by the door. When you try to sweep it up, some inevitably ends up under the metal threshold.
Scattered Feline Pine, and all that beautiful white cat hair that is flying around my living room!
I have a fluffy little dog who leaves furry tumbleweeds in his wake. Oh, how this vaccum would help keep my home from looking like Tribbles have invaded it.
Since we lost our dog almost a year ago and now have an 8 month-old, it would be so handy to do clean-up around the highchair in lieu of our four-legged friend.
The Electrolux would be ammmmmazing at ridding my apartment of all those allergens!
Dog fur - two Samoyeds in full shed. Enough said.
whoa. this would be uber-helpful in managing the furrific mess my wonderful cat gifts me every single day. here goes nothing!
dog hair year-round
My house is all white tile and pergo. Which does not match my dog and two cats. (Or my clothes, but that's another matter).
i have two male room mates so just image all the dirt that is tracked into my kitchen!
A cat who loves the shed her hair and play with her dry food and throw it around the apt. :)

In very bad moods
I live in an old apartment in Santa Monica which collects lots of dust. I would use this to keep our hardwood floors clean. I am a very busy resident at a large LA hospital, so this would help me keep things clean on a tight schedule.
My husband and I desperately need a vacuum like this for all the dustbunnies our rug sheds non-stop. It's gotten so bad that we even find them in the hallway of our building, outside our apartment.
I will use this to clean everything. I'm the queen of spills, a regular klutz! Did I mention that my friends have lovingly nicknamed me Pigpen????
2 cats, 1 dog, and 3 college students with half hardwood and half carpet. One of the most fun messes I've had to clean up was a 3lb bag of pretzels that was spilled, and then projectile-vomited no top of on the living room carpet. Fabulous.
College students food and alcohol = I need a better vacuum.
i have a bird and this would be just perfect to pick up the seed he flicks out of his cage

pet hair
As well as massive amounts of cat hair (How can one cat shed so much?) I surf so there is always sand everywhere too. I could really use the Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper.
As we get older, (and our pets), we need a better, lighter vacuum to do the job. This would be perfect for us.

A dog and a very messy husband!
This is what I need for my new place.. I have fibromyaglia, and lighter is better for sure! Thanks!
My dog loves me so much that she leaves her hair all over the place. I'm sure she only does that so that there's some of her in every room. At times, theres more of her hair on the floors than on her.... I would use the Ergorapido to "de-hair" my floors.
I have been laid off my job and my vaccuum died. I really need a vaccuum but can't afford it right now. If you choose me I will thank you and my carpet will thank you

i would use this stick vac to save the world by sucking up all evil. I would also look awesome while doing it.
The detritus from the visits of 14 grandkids.

An irrational ratio:
A shedding rug.
A shedding cat.
No vacuum.
since i have a 10 month old baby boy ... all the mess he's creating when he's eating would definitely help if i had this.
i would use it to keep the hair from my rescued babies (5 cats) from being all over all the time
I would use this every day. I have a large samoyed dog who is constantly shedding. I also have a large white flokati rug in my bedroom which is also constantly shedding. This would certainly help to make my apartment look much cleaner.
I have ten cats. need I say more? :-)
We always seem to have "stuff" scattered about the floor. Pieces of popcorn that didn't quite make it into someones mouth. a couple of pieces of cereal that dropped on the floor and someone stepped on and of course the regular dirt and dust that is tracked in and accumulates in crazy amounts!
This would be great for everyday use so that I don't have to lug our big vacuum cleaner around.
this will help me clean up after two black labs
2 words, ANIMAL HAIR
This would be wonderful for after breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack messes with my children!!
beats my back breaker sweeper

I have 2 cats and really need a new vac. This would be great!
Definitely dog hair! I have four dogs lol :)
We're moving into an older house w/ no carpet and this would be a total time/life saver.

Clean up crumbs that i'm always leaving around the house, lol.

Pet hair. Our 2 dogs and 2 cats have plenty of hair left all over and hauling out the big vacuum is annoying.
I need this to clean up dog hair. My baby is just now crawling and I struggle to keep the floors spotless for her. I so need this...
i wish i could say that i had a great dog that i needed to clean up after or that i lived near the beach and the sand was out of control but neither of those things are true because I'M BROKE. i just moved into an apartment and i don't have anything to clean with, not a vacuum or a broom or anything. Please help me, i'm broke.
Love the design if this vacuum! It looks nice and lightweight!
I could vacuum a bathroom really quick with this one!
We have a new guinea pig, so this will help with the bedding mess!

I would use it to clean up the blades of grass that are tracked in onto the floor from outside.
OK, but remember - you asked. Our sealpoint spoiled cat eats like a pig and occasionally dry vomits. I ain't touching it so electrolux gets the task assignment.
I'd use it to clean up cereal. My nephew always gets dry cereal all in the kitchen floor. This would be wonderful for cleaning it up.
I would use it to clean up all the stuff tracked in from outside

I have to clean up everday because of my two beloved furbabies!
My son has a lot of 4-H animals and I like to work in the flowerbeds, so we track in a lot of mess that needs to get cleaned up on a regular basis - dirt, grass, pine shavings & so on. This would be a wonderful prize to win! I would find it very useful! Thank you for the great contests!
We just converted to all laminate, which we love, but now we have to clean the floor every day (esp. stray cat litter and sandy soil tracked in from the garden).
This would be great to use on my hardwood floors which fail to hide any debris or speck of dirt.
I have linoleum, hardwood and low pile carpeting. Boy, could we use this.
Three words: messy younger brother!
I have a toddler messy eater husband FLOR tiles and hardwood floors = a lot of cleaning. This sweeper will be the perfect solution to keeping our flat crumb-free!
Our front porch and back patio doors are level with our entryways, so a lot of dirt, grass, etc. gets tracked in every day, especially during the summer when we go in-and-out more often. It is a challenge to keep it all cleaned up so this vacuum would be a big help.
I have been wanting one of these. It will help greatly in cleaning my small kitchen floor. It's where my pooch stays during the day in my one bedroom fabulous old apartment. Nothing ever gets up all of the dog hair and food on the floor and, I always end up on my hands and knees sweeping and scrubbing away. It's one of those chores I could do without and this little helper could really make me happy. Oh the simple things.
Oh please pick me!!! This could save me from the monster that is forming out of hair and dust!!!
dog hair and dog toy stuffing!

With two kids and a dog, what mess WON'T it be cleaning up!! But if I have to choose the most annoying, it would be beach sand, dog hair and crushed goldfish crackers. Thanks!
With two dogs and a do-it yourself husband I have dog hair and sawdust everywhere. My dogs are Alaskan malamutes so the hair never ends and I don't even want to think about the college kid's messy room. YIKES! I need this.
The sort of mess it would clean in our house is almost indescribable. Start out with floor under the chair where our two and a half year-old eats---yikes! Then add the door to the backyard that is right next to the dining table---double yikes! Then pile on top of that mess the door from the carport where the family comes in, which is on the other side of the dining table. A triple whammy, all in less than a hundred square feet of light-colored tile. Thanks for the contest!
With seven furbabies, two birds, and two iquanas our house floors needs attention every day of the year.
Thanks for the opportunity to WIN! :-)
Cat hair on the stairs and a lightweight sweeper to clean it up! What a gift!
I think the Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper would be perfect to keep between my laundry room and kitchen (one tile/grout, one vinyl floor) for quick periodic pickups :)
One word: Neptune. My not so little Blue-Point Siamese cat who showers me with love and kitty hair. The Electrolux could really help us out.
Well, after I pick up the toys and the clothes, it will help me get rid of a lot of pet dander and bird seed. Thanks!
It would be great to use in my laundry room and kitchen area with having 2 cats to constantly clean up after. Thanks!
This would be SO handy when the grandkids come to visit.
pet hair
dust rabbits and dead spiders, I have lots of them round here.
I need it to clean up the dirt we track in by the front door.
I'd use it everywhere--but I think it would be handy to get out for small spills and keeping the kitchen clean after cooking.
dirt, dust, dead bugs that come in near the doors. carpet beetles and eggs/larvae that have been managing to get in and be a pest for us. :( this would help out a lot.
Our new wood floor seems to generate it's own dust...can't get rid of it..add a cat and the Ergorapido sounds perfect!
It would help me clean up my kitchen floor! It needs it!
dirt and food on our kitchen floors.
I love my wood floors but my vac is better suited to the carpet I ripped out

Dog hair....lots and lots of dog hair.
Can a vacuum be beautiful?
I would use it to clean up the kittly litter my cat tracks around the house
This is the perfect yuck floor buster, it would pick up all the dirt your hands don't want to touch.

I would use this in the kitchen and dining room to clean up dirt and crumbs...LOTS of crumbs.
We are buying our first home and closing within the month. It just happens to have beautiful hard wood floors throughout the entire house. I've never had them before and I would love to have something that I knew was trusted to clean them. Thanks for the chance!
ckbruce@sbcglobal.net
Tracked in dirt, and yes crumbs from munchies.
It would help with all the messes that a 7 year old and three year old make. I swear they could eat an apple and make a mess. lol You have to love them though. Thank you!!
I'll clean the mess that has been accumulating for a long time...I won't say how long.
I would love to be able to replace my heavy outdated vaccuum cleaner!!!
An example spill recently was colored sand. I use it for preschool crafts. Last week my kids knocked a bag of sand off the shelf and it made quite the mess. This cleaner would help.
cat nd dog hair, and general messes from my 3 teenagers
Oh, I could use this for the 5lbs of dog hair that gets shed every day...then, maybe my son could learn to crawl!
this would be great for getting my kids involved in helping out with everyday messes.....as you know cleaning a little bit each day helps!
I could use this for all those times my son drops the hole puncher in the schoolroom. Those little white dots drive me crazy.
mostly cat fur and flokati fluff, plus everything a baby drops, wish me luck!
I would use the Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper in our tiny bathroom where my son likes to trim his hair using the clippers. He never manages to get it all off the floor using the big vacuum because it doesn't maneuver well in such a small space. What a mess (and even worse, the dog likes to sneak in and tries to eat the hair that's left on the floor....ewwwwww!)
i'd use this for pet hair, it gets everywhere!
dog hair
cat fur lots of cat fur
Dust bunnies
Great prize, Thanks!
...bread crumbs, breakfast cereal, ground black pepper, et al.; all these and more are daily visitors on my floors...and my current method of cleaning...a Swiffer... just ain't cutting it !!!
I'd use it to clean up the endless collection of fuzz and dust bunnies that seem to accumulate on my stairs everyday!
my sons messes he cant eat without leaving a trail
I have two cats and they are shedding like crazy. This is going to get used a lot!
On a daily basis my husband and daughter make a mess of our kitchen and living room floor. I end up sweeping twice a day and would love a Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper!
This would come in so handy. Now I'm using this old vacuum that weighs a ton to vacuum up cat hair from my 18 year old cat.
with a cat and a dog and 2 crafters( cloth and beads, wire, etc) this would come in real handy, since the one we have does'nt pick up any of it.
i have 3 dogs and 2 cats yeah i would trail right behind them :)
dog hair and sand
I have a toddler and a doggy...oh and a husband!
With both my daughter and I having long hair, the amount that collects on the bathroom floor we could make a wig out of! This would be so handy to keep in the bathroom closet for quick clean ups, especially when we know we'll have guests. Then they don't have to wonder whether Cousin Itt is visiting!
I'd use this nifty vac for quick and easy pickup of the constant leaves and grass debris that my dog tracks into the house in every season!
Dust bunnies, cat hair, crumbs
fur balls
My daughter, who I love and adore, is a bit of a tornado. Wrappers, paper, crumbs . . . I could simply follow her with this great vac, and my house would remain spotless!
Oh... this would be perfect for dealing with the cat hair. I also care for disabled adults in my home, I run a foster home for them and they live with us 24/7, I have all kinds of crumbs to clean up under the dining table...Such a nice machine..Gotta win this!
I have 4 cats so it's hard to keep up with the dust bunnies. This machine would make that job so much easier!
Cheerios from my 18 month old.
dust bunnies are goin down!
I have an 18 month old too, a dog, a husband (you know they are messy), three teenagers and one pre-teen. I need this!
Hopefully it will pick up hair from my German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix dog!
This would be fabulous to capture all that my 1 year old throws to the floor when eating.
I have a dog and two messy children. This would come in handy!!
Hmm with 2 kids and a cat AND a husband the possiblities are endless!
Sometimes you just don't want to pull out the big vacuum cleaner ... this would be great.

With two furry little puddy cat who shed like the dickens - this would be a God-send!
I am the live in caretaker for my wonderful 92 year young mother, so I also have lots of crumbs to sweep up. She and I both shed white hair worse than most dogs or cats. I'm surprised we aren't both bald! Thanks for the chance to enter this awesome contest.
With our four furry kids (two dogs, two cats) we forever have dust bunnies that need to be captured!
Just the everyday stuff that seems to come in when human or animal have been walking out in the yard.
My carpet has a layer of fur from my long-haired cat. I'd love to have a light weight vacuum for daily cleanups.
One 6 year old and the inability to get all his food in his mouth.
I have an 8 month old who can crawl like the wind and will eat anything that he can find, so I would use this to try and keep all of the random dirt he finds out of his mouth!!

This would help me clean up all my husband's messes in the kitchen!!
I have 4 children who are all 6 and under. I currently vacuum at least 3 times a day.
One of the four, my two year old, likes to scale the baby gate and take things out of cupboards, and the fridge etc. and spread them all over the kitchen.
I'd for sure love a nice light weight vac to clean that crap up since he does it quite often. That shop vac is killing my back.
Thanks for the great giveaway!

I have a basement that needs a late spring cleaning, walls and all.
5 dogs, 7 pet rats, 3 kids I really need this as my back and vacuum can not take many more trips up and down the 3 flights of stairs at my house!
Great way to clean up after your pets
Will use it on the kitchen floor instead of sweeping!
I would use it to clean up stray pine litter
Cleaning up after my roommates!
We recently got a dog. I have always had cats, this is my first dog, and I was always kind of under the impression that cats shed more than dogs do. Oh merciful heavens was I wrong! We have little dust-fur-puppies under every table, bed, chair and desk-like object. These are what I would remove. Gleefully!
I would vacuum my carpet because my carpets like to be clean.
2 dogs and a cat who considers shedding a hobby.
giovi1
Hi there! I just love this very cool Electrolux Ergorapido 2-in-1 Sweeper! I would use it, well, everyday! I have 3 young children all under the age of 10, 2 golden retrievers, and we live on a lake and we are constantly dragging sand in from the beach so this nifty sweeper would most definitely be used round the clock! I am a fanatic housekeeper, meaning I hate any dirt and dust around, but at the same time I enjoy living life to its fullest so we don't walk on tip toes trying to keep the house clean, I just do constant maintenance all the time, LOL! The kids don't realize how they are constantly dropping crumbs on the floor and the dogs don't realize how much dirt and hair they leave behind them, and then of course with an active family constantly in and out from the water a daily floor sweeping is always called for! Thank you for offering this terrific giveaway!
My cat sheds terribly so this would be ideal!
This would be most perfect for me for a couple of reasons:
1) I have hardwood and tile all over my place (no carpet whatsoever, not even rugs)
2) I also have a slobbery, hair-shedding, lovable golden retriever who makes the floors look... well, just awful. Every time I am on my hands and knees wiping the floors with a moistened rag, I send him evil glares and swear I will give him away if this continues.
This would save my sanity and ease my puppy's mind for good.
Thanks for the opportunity!
this would be great for picking up pencil shavings and oil pastel wrappers and charcol dust in my studio
cat hair... lots and lots of cat hair
I would use this for cleaning up the cat and dog hair.
My hair is so thick that you would never know how much hair I loose every day! It's all over everything! I have tile floors in my kitchen and 3 baths, and laundry room. I also have 2 chihuahuas that shed worse than I do - my tile floors are hair magnets!
Crumbs from my children and dog hair! Thank you for the giveaway!
This would clean up EVERYTHING in our house - with old hardwood floors (tiny crevices and hard to clean spaces) we are constantly needing to vacuum food crumbs and dust bunnies, but hate hauling out the big vacuum.
Thanks for the giveaway!
Me and my 8 cats would love to have this!
I have a new puppy who sheds a lot and I find myself vacuuming constantly. This would help a lot as it's smaller and easier to use than my bulky machine.
The kitchen seems to need a quick pickup everyday, this would be perfect for that.
My black Lab puppy chews everything. I find small chewed pieces of toys, food, and paper. Help!
We live in the desert with lots of dust and I sweep the kitchen, which is our highest traffic area several times a day.

With it being summer and the boys being in and out of the pool, this handy little vacuum will help me clean up grass, dirt, and crumbs.
This will definitely get rid of all of the dust bunnies inhabiting and multiplying in the apartment and fit nicely under the bed. There is only one closet and no room to store a vacuum cleaner.
My place hasn't been vacuumed since 1968.
I would use it to clean up after the grandchildren and I. We manage to get crumbs on the floor, "stuff" from our projects
(like colored sand), track in the out of doors and we can be messy cooks, too! But we have a lot of fun....and they could help in the clean up process!
I have two kids that are constantly making a mess in the living room. This would be nice.

I so needs this to help me clean the never ending shedding that the cat is going through right now. This unit looks so light and easy to use. Great giveaway.
this would help in cleaning the kitchen floors from all my cooking spills and messes, thanks for the chance to win this
I have wooden floors to keep clean that get so dusty. My vacuum is so heavy to drag.
all the food bits that the kids and cats leave all over the carpet
I hate to drag the big vacuum out after I have been scrapping to pick up all those little bits and pieces I seem to throw around!
OOOH! My old Electrolux canister vac just literally blew up! I've been without vacuum capabilities for a couple of weeks and with Cricketboots and Butch in full autumnal shed, things are getting desperate. I'd love this super cool, lightweight Electrolux.
I'm a food artist! I make a big mess.
I need the vaccuum because the electrolux I bought (Pronto) is being recalled because of the battery component being faulty and may explode. =( I just got this new nice place and would like to keep the carpet really clean, but it's already been a week and they say it could take 4-6 weeks to repair....ugh...Please win me a vacuum, I've been eyeing this one for awhile.
Pretty Please!
