ATLA is switching gears a little as we attempt a new approach: multiple editors covering different aspects of LA’s diverse and rather spread out design scene. We are so excited to have Gregory Han, an avid AT reader, commenter and all around stylish guy throwing some great posts into the mix. Welcome Gregory!
Spring has already sprung, and with much of Los Angeles flora busy getting its proverbial freak on, via pollen, and with the warmer weather bringing back the airborne soup we call smog, its little wonder the air purification market has taken off into a booming business. Living with two cats and a sensitive allergy sufferer (our goldfish Frank has yet to complain), a HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arresting) air purifier has helped noticeably improve our apartment’s interior air quality.

wow, that report you linked to was by far the most in-depth & informative piece about choosing an air purifier i've ever seen. thanks for pointing it out! my partner has one of those Sharper Image "Ionic Breeze" models, & i'm hoping that reading this report will convince him to get rid of it (b/c of ozone emission, as well as it just not performing that well).
Hi, what purifier you have at work? Also do you notice any ozone smell with the Honeywell? Thanks!
