Alvin Lustig: Mid Century Art

Though art month is over, we couldn't help ourselves to posting this one. 50's graphic designer Alvin Lustig's work can't be overlooked for the iconic style he contributed to advertising, book covers, packaging as well as architecture. Four of his classic book covers have been turned into limited edition posters. Editions of 100 at $100 per.

"Screen printed with care by Master Printer, Luther Davis at Axelle Fine Art, Brooklyn, NY. Colors were mixed by hand to match the original jackets from the 1940s and printed on high quality 100% Cotton (lightly textured, soft white) Archival Coventry Rag (335gsm) using water-based inks and enamel black"
