If you are creatively inclined and wish to take on the project you'll need a large file digital picture [8-10 MP] or an oversized poster that you don't mind cutting up. Frames are 12.5" squared. We are blessed to have access to an oversized printer at the office [that is if the boss will permit our request to print] if you are not as lucky but have an image, check with your local Kinko's. If a Kinko’s near you has blueprint capabilities they will most likely be able to assist with your large output/or be able to tile your print in the designated size. Trim out your prints and frame.
Framing guidelines: These frames are pretty easy to hang but be sure to build a grid first before nailing [we use newspaper and masking tape to position on the wall where we want first]. Don't forget to measure the actual hanging apparatus on the back side...if it's 2 inches from the top of the frame remember that when planning your nail position. These tips will allow you to have a perfect grid. Remember, measure twice...nail once.
Nice idea. But I'd rather use The Rasterbator, which is free......... http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/
yeah, it's free, but you use a BUTT LOAD OF INK!!! if you do rasterbate, set your dpi, lower or you will be crying. lol
Yeah, that's true. I still like it better, though. And it's STILL cheaper.
that image is of a sculpture by Mark di Suvero located in downtown milwaukee, wisconsin...near another popular public art building, the Calatrava :) I couldn't believe it when I saw the CB2 catalog yesterday!
it has caused a lot of stir here throughout the years...

Does anyone who has purchased the LP frame have a review? I feel like these types of frames can look good from a distance but cheap up close.
