Framing artwork is expensive, even framing family photos can put you in the hole a few hundred bucks if you don't know where to look. Although it's not going to be the best quality solution, buying a pre-made frame will save you a ton of money in the long run.

This of course leads to the natural followup question. For those of us who don't know what we're doing, where is the best combination of price and quality for getting things framed in LA (particularly the Valley)?
I'd like to finally get off my duff and get all my old victorian brewery plans framed for hanging.
