Grouped Picture frames

07_07targetframes.jpg We are firm believers of matching picture frames especially for family photos. There is something just so clean and precise about it, just perfect for our A.R. minds.

Target has a handy little set of frames, 10 black wood [color of choice in our house] for a steal at $19.99 one 8x10", four 5x7", three 4x6", and two 2-1/2x3-1/2" frames. And if you're anything like us, it will take you a hour to hang each one, measuring and fretting - a definite weekend project in the making.

I purchased the black set of Target frames a couple years back. Although you can't beat the price, I found that they were made/looked cheap. They also seemed to scratch fairly easily. I have since replaced them with black wood gallery frames from Pottery Barn ($29-$119). I recommend saving your money and buying something that will last.

a frame question: anybody know of a source for A4 size frames (around 8 1/2 x 12)? I bought some gorgeous A4 size chirashi (japanese museum posters) i'd like to frame.
