Long Beach painter and illustrator Patrick Farrand has a great perspective on architectual documentation. Discovering Farrand's paintings at David Galindo Home some time ago, we find ourselves frequenting his site looking for new city documentation that he's so good at.

He does produce other works, portraits and illustrative style pieces as well, but yet we continue to come back to the simplicity of his local documention. He manages to capture the California Bungalow in a modern way. His work is available on line, as well as David Galindo Home.
