Balancing the delicate beauty of nature with the imposing realities of a concrete landscape, Silver Lake resident Sage Vaughn’s landscapes occupy an artistic equilibrium, revealing a pride of LA’s feathered and winged citizens, all the while precariously balancing them upon the barbed wire and chain link fences that decorate many of our city’s locales.
