I just received an email from artist Yarrow Earth Hock for his art opening held this Thursday July 13, from 6-8pm at Cutters, located at 2110 Main Street Suite N207, Santa Monica, CA 90405.
Yarrow who graduated from Manhattens School of Visual Arts and now resides in Los Angeles pulls his inspiration from nature and everyday objects.
He creates non traditional landscapes from everything he sees around him. The end result is an almost translucent painting that includes layers of forms and texture.
