Austin's very own 24th annual AIA Homes Tour will be taking place Saturday, October 10th and Sunday, October 11th from 12pm - 6 pm each day. Featuring some of Austin's best architecture as well as showcasing new and emerging talent, you'll be able to see a mix of different styles set in a number of the city's neighborhoods. Some of the architects featured this year are Alterstudio, KRDB, MJ Neal Architects, Tim Cuppett Architects, as well as many more. Expect to not only get a look inside these private homes, but also speak with some of the people involved in making these homes and find out where they go to find the best architectural resources. Tickets for the tour went on sale yesterday and are $25 in advance and $30 the weekend of the event. Tickets may be purchased at Cissi’s Market, Zinger Hardware or directly from AIA Austin, located at 801 West 12th Street in downtown Austin.
