U.S. Debut for Pirwi Furniture is in Austin!
Austin

061709pirwi-01.jpg Right on the heels of Austin gaining the world's first Ligne Roset Boutique concept store, comes another design win for the city. The gorgeous and sustainable Mexican line of furniture Pirwi has come to the United States, and they've chosen local modern furniture gallery Kirk to introduce them!

061909pirwi-02.jpg Pirwi is a manufacturing collective founded by two industrial designers, Emiliano Godoy and Alejandro Castro, in March 2007. Already the line includes over 70 creations by 12 designers. Based in Mexico City, Pirwi produces high-quality, eco-friendly furniture at reasonable price points. Pirwi's full line is available exclusively through Kirk’s Austin retail location and online store, with shipping available to the rest of the country.

Pirwi has centered on the concept of manufacturing while caring for the enviroment, going as far as reducing production impacts with in-house manufacturing, materials sourcing and disposal. While they work hard to produce good-looking furniture designs, they also work toward preservation of the planet. Read more about Pirwi and see their furniture at their website. Learn about Kirk at their online store.
