Living about 50 meters away from the main street in Armadale we met Camilla and her adorable dog Super Ted. Their home is delightfully fresh with neutral tones as a base, bright sprinklings of colour, a handful of vintage posters and amazingly comfortable couches. Camilla and her sister Olivia are the brains behind Melbourne based homewares company MOZI and have recently opened an online store in the UK. Their products are also sold in Anthropologie. Camilla’s home is comfortable, unique and a pleasure to tour.

AT Survey:
My/Our style: Eclectic, homely, functional
Inspiration: Creating resting places for all my much loved things – from great big vintage advertising prints to my manhattan library.
Favorite Element: Great open plan living room with mammoth couch, great natural light and big dining table for dinner parties.
Biggest Challenge: Trying to keep the colours toned down as I get a little bit excited.
What Friends Say: ‘I want to spend all weekend on your couch.’
Biggest Embarrassment in my home:Our third bedroom, it is now called ‘the shed’, must I say more…
Proudest DIY: I have many but favourite is my restored standing floor lamp which I picked up at the local flea market for $50.00. I painted it high-gloss black, picked a fat stripey yellow and grey fabric for the shade from my favourite fabric shop and had a man make me a shade for $30.00. I swear I could sell it for a few hundred. It looks great.
Biggest Indulgence: My eighteenth century French provincial dining table. It was a wedding present and is truly amazing.
Best Advice given or received: My mum always says ‘don’t be afraid to throw things out’ I have become an expert at getting rid of things I no longer like. I like to keep the house as uncluttered as possible but the problem is I collect so many things so it’s all a big cycle… Someones trash is another mans treasure.
Dream Source for Stuff: Liberty of London, Clignancourt Antique Market Paris, my favourite Mexican homewares shop in Melbourne called Market Import and Bric- a-Brac stores. A pretty broad mix!

the cockatoo lamp, the Tin Tin bust, the DOG! Cutest dog! Are those Persian painted horse plates on the wall? Lovely tour. Sunlight washes it, but it does not pale.

You have such wonderful taste, Camilla! Don't fret, you do an excellent job of balancing color. I just want to laze about on that crisp, clean bed in that sunny room, cuddling your adorable pooch! Is the wall hanging above the bed an old quilt?

So airy and light, yet filled with personality and color. Faves: your DIY floor lamp and the Cocky table lamp (particularly the striped shades, OMG), the jack fruits painting, your use of mirrors and mirrored surfaces, vintage TinTin and the Edison artifacts.
Oh. And. I'm sorry about this, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to steal Ted. Because the cuteness is just... there are no words.

What a fun, cozy place to live. And that little Ted--just adorable. Love the way you've repeated certain colors throughout the house--especially the bright pink--against a backdrop of natural textures and neutrals. Makes for a cheerful, relaxing, yet energized space. Just delightful.

I though my dog is the cutest thing in the world, will still do but your pup is way too cute.
I love your home.. your splashes of colors are well done. The pinky red, rose, melon colors throughout are so pretty.
There are many pieces I like and the overall feel is just great.

Hi Camilla, love your home, and you bow wow, he is gorgeous. Are you heritage listed? A question on the exterior colour of your main walls, can you give me the name and the paint brand if poss, also name and brand for the red door, very pillar box, I love it. Congratulations, your home is charming. PS. I'm in Newcastle NSW.
