With 5 split levels, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, cinema, a dual lane 20 metre vanishing edge lap pool,chefs kitchen, stone fireplace, professional gym, 3 car garage, 1 acre of gardens & lawn, championship lawn tennis court, double height ceilings, integrated audio visual & lighting and dozens more deluxe features. It starts to feel a bit exhausting just thinking about how much cleaning and maintenance would need to go into such a house!! While we’re even more convinced that living small is the lifestyle for us, it’s enjoyable to tour through this house. The use of textures, neutral colours, stone and glass makes for an elegant looking building and the views are just sensational. For us, seeing how a home of this size has been furnished is inspirational- it would be a big change in mindset after learning how to make the most of small spaces to then embrace a huge space.
