We came across these images on photographer Graeme Nicols’s flickr site. The photos show walls of buildings in the process of being demolished in Beijing, where Nicols is based. More images below.

They’re quite beautiful in their decaying state. We also noticed how nice the colour combinations were for colour scheme inspiration.

absLUTEly gorgeous! i love images like this. you may like the work of Mark Woods as well. he photographs the 'ghosts' of signs and placards that used to be on building walls.

I'm huge a fan of images of urban decay. These are great. They make me want to grab my camera and hit the streets of Boston looking for similar sights.
