We’ve never been big fans of stuffed animal heads mounted on walls as trophies, too morbid and creepy. But we kind of like these playful, animal-friendly versions we recently saw at Shweshwe. They’re made from brightly coloured, recycled telephone wire wrapped around a metal frame and are produced in Africa.

Looking closely you’ll notice they feature hooks for hanging things on, which would make them perfect for an entrance or hall way in need of a punch of colour.
