Catherine Martin, movie director, production designer, costume designer and wife of Baz Luhrmann, has released a range of wallpapers, paints and rugs through Porters Paints and Designer Rugs. We’ve seen a sneak peak into Catherine’s living room before and know how much she likes to match things, which is reflected throughout these new ranges.

All up there are 8 wallpapers, 16 complimentary paints and 8 rugs in this series. Personally we aren’t into matching everything, as seen here but these delightful patterns will brighten any room.
If you could decorate with these, would you use them together or apart?
More information can be found at Porters Paint or Designer Rugs.

I'd love to see drastic scale shifts in the matching lines.

I like several of these individually but matching? In one room? NO.

This woman must be stopped. I love the pattern trend too much to see it get out of control and fall out of favor.
If we all agree not to do this, then we might get to enjoy patterns a little longer. Otherwise, it'll be another 30 years before the trend rolls around again ... IF EVER.

I wouldn't use them together but I love the wallpaper prints on their own. I've just put the red Circus Silhouette print up in our nursery room. I'm really happy with the way it turned out and brightens up the room!
