Anyone who has ever had to deal with glitters knows this is fact. “Glitter Herpes” is a limited edition poster by Because Studio quoting comedian Demetri Martin.
It’s such a limited edition that there is only 1 poster until “a more economic way of using the glitter” is found. When that scientific discovery is made we’ll be hanging this above our desk for sure.
You can see more of Because Studio’s work here.
Here is the footage of Demetri Martin:

That is genius. I might steal that for my own house!

I just spit out some of the last remaining can of diet coke in my house. Thanks a lot, Jennyb! ;-)

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I'm not a fan.

Wouldn't want it on a poster, but that's hilarious. I love Demetri Martin.

I should get this and tack it up in the back of my closet. Just to remind me.
I'll put it this way - I had a dress with a glittery bodice that I wore to my prom. Prom was in 2003. I still find red glitter around.

it's pretty funny, but a TOTAL ripoff of Mitch Hedberg.

That's some pretty funny stuff.
I think Demetri Martin and Mitch Hedberg seem similar because they're both obviously influenced by Steve Wright, who in turn got much of his schtick from the George Carlin school of naively absurd and ironic observation.
"when they were naming animals, somebody was lazy. -Anteater?" lol
"My washing machine is sneaky. 'What man, we're just hanging out in here... there's nothing happening don't worry about it." lol
A bad place for a fire would be at the trick-birthday-candle factory..."
lmao!

Could just be telling the exact same jokes that tipped me off.
Whether or not the poster is true/funny-'cause-it's-true or what have you, are we riding the poster fad a little too closely? I mean, say stuff on your wall, pictures on your wall that say stuff you think is funny 'cause it's true, it is sort of like the magnets with corny sayings your grandma bought at the craft bazaar.

as with clever t-shirt slogans -- funny once -- at the shop -- but not a good idea to buy and wear or put on your wall

True, but still gross. Just when we were done with quotes on t-shirts, we have to have quotes on posters. bleh.

I love Demitri Martin.... but prefer to keep his presence in my home limited to on the TV, not on the walls.
