Fifteen Restaurant – Part of the Jamie Oliver franchise, we’ve been watching the re-runs of the Australian series and are curious to see who of the original group are still there. During the tour you’ll get to talk to the staff as well as going behind the scenes to see the kitchen as well as the bar and dining rooms.

The Melbourne Athenaeum - Built in 1842, the building is almost as old as Melbourne! This iconic building is a beauty and amazingly the Athenaeum has been in continuous operation for almost 170 years. During the tour you’ll get the chance to visit the theatre, reading room and 60,000 volume Library.

Russell Place Substation - We don’t know a lot about how substations works but we are excited to get the chance to have a look through one! After going down 3 flights of grate stairs in protective safety gear you’ll see the switchrooms, transformer compartments, the DC room and a demonstration of some glass bulb mercury arc rectifiers. Sounds like Scienceworks on crack!

Hamer Hall - We’ve seen many extraordinary gigs at Hamer Hall so getting the chance to see backstage areas, dressing rooms and wander around on stage just like many musicians we’ve watched is a must for us. Next year a huge redevelopment will be started on the building and you'll also get the opportunity to hear about those plans.
