We first saw B&B hardware go in a few years ago when friends moved to the California Heights neighborhood of Long Beach. We though those poor people they will be swallowed up soon enough by Home Depot for sure! We'll, we're eating a bit of crow these days as B&B is doing so well they recently opened a second location.
Their first location in Cal Heights, which is Long Beach's largest historical neighborhood, [929 Wardlow Rd] is a full service hardware store, as well as specializing in restorative hardware for vintage homes including: Craftsman, Spanish Revival and Tudor Revival.
Is this another outpost of the B and B that's in Culver City, on Washington Blvd? I love that place, its got the same homey vibe and it's been there since I was little kid. (And I'm 33 now. Ahem.)
