Considering that no one in our office has a baby (yet), we are always in awe of our friends who manage to tote an entire nursery in one shoulder bag and their kid on the other shoulder. So when we spied this Baby On the Go Kid's 10 Piece Travel Dish Set over at Delight, we were thinking it would make a great gift--and perhaps save a friend or five from future shoulder dislocations.
This set is built for meals and snacks in a bright, bright orange and a handy vinyl carry-all (good for spillage). Each set comes with 4 sippy cups with 8 lids, 2 bowls with lids, 2 fork and spoons sets, and 2 small serving cups (also with lids). Man, kids are messy.
Oh, and one more thing: the entire set is made of plastic, BPA free, and meets all the national requirements and regulations for lead-free materials.
Get one at Delight for $25.
This is the kind of thing that is good in theory, but not that helpful in practice. Easier just to put the bare bones of what you need in diaper bag. And I'm willing to bet that the sippy cups aren't leak proof.

So true. When mine was a baby, I carried him on my back, and my bag on my shoulder. Admittedly, that bag contained a lot of stuff (diapers, change of clothes, small toys, a couple snacks) but the only thing shown here I carried was a sippy cup. Unless you have quadruplets, why would you need to carry 4 sippy cups at one time? I never had to mess with "baby food" - mine went straight from breastfeeding to finger foods. So this would have been a pretty useless gift for me.

Oh and the Sigg bottles for little kids are way cuter, more durable, and healthier (for those worried about plastic toxins) than sippy cups.

I just bought one of these sets in green. It's very useful for when I'll be bringing my little one to his daycare, where he will use pretty much every dish over the course of a day. For the price, I couldn't have asked for a sweeter set.
