Look! A Silver Lake Valentine's Garden

atla020408-wowhouse_0004.jpgWe just came back from visiting a store around the corner, and on the walk back home we decided to take a detour. And we're glad we did, because we found someone whom apparently loves Valentine's Day...

We know this Silver Lake home garden isn't everyone's cup of tea, but we personally love these sort of wildly artistic and personalized finds around our neighborhood. It's like a crazy landscape mashup of a garden, gallery, and rummage sale all in one (it even has a carpeted entry from the sidewalk toward the entry gate). These sort of quirky gems are quickly disappearing with gentrification, and even though we wouldn't do our own garden this way, we're happy someone else did.

FUN! This makes me happy (and it reminds me of Pee-Wee's playhouse). Thanks for posting this.

These people live on my brother's street. They go nuts for EVERY holiday. It's pretty awesome.

I love the House of David! Good call Enrique. I remember it was featured on some reality show about personal assistants.
