We found one that was a pretty close match to the one we pictured from Living Etc.
It was reviewed on Smartbargains.com, but unfortunately it isn't available anymore and we couldn't find another link.
Here are few other options we found:
Towel Ladder (chrome) $49.74
Valsan essentials towel ladder $349
Chrome finish towel ladder $29.99
Ladder Towel stand $38.95
Does anyone have something like this in their bathroom? Have any sources? reviews? tips? Please share in the comments!
You can make a really simple wooden one, without any hardware...just some wood planks and dowels:
page 92 of "Easy Home Organizer: 15-Minute Step-by-Step Solutions" by Vicki Payne (ISBN-13: 978-1402724428, the book can also be purchased used on Amazon at $5.49)
end result will look a lot like this http://images.builderssquare.com/Detail/0/1/33/1033421_Detail.jpg

But I checked and they don't have it anymore :-(

this won't be of huge help to anyone outside australia, but i have installed a giant heated towel rail from Reece plumbing and it is fabulous - a godsend during winter (for all those US people, yes , we have mild winters here in Oz). It is big, shiney and functional and all my guests think it's brilliant.

I'm sure you can import heated towel rails from the UK, too. I had an ex-boyfriend who lived in London for a while -- he had a washing machine in his flat (which he owned) but there was no dryer hookup, and no place to put it. It was fairly common for people to put a heated towel rail in their bathrooms and dry their laundry there when they couldn't do it on the laundry line.
