We came across an ad for the Tate bed from Crate & Barrel while flipping through the new issue of Dwell.
We love it. We love the legs and the tailored lines of the headboard. This bed would look so right in so many places.
Just lovely.

I really like this bed but my SO feels about uphostered bedding the same way SO feels about those soft toilet seats: ugh.
Go figure.
My wife and I bought the bed right after I saw it in Dwell. We take delivery next tuesday and I will let you know what we think. We have been searching for the perfect bed for two years!

Has anyone had construction/support issues with the Tate bed? I worry about the skimpy slats...
