What about orange??? I have three sets of orange sheets (and two sets of pink) that the little old ladies at the laundromat always like to comment on.

hey, what about grey? i go between dusty purples and greys half the year and light and bright blue'n'white the other half.
so if i constantly need a change of color, does that mean i've got multiple personalities?

hey kdkaboom, looks like we have the same taste -
i do light greys/white/dusty purple & amethyst for one part of the year, and then light greys/white/light blue for the other part.

All of my bedding is white and gray, but my room is deep teal and spring-like green and yellow. I like to keep the bedding neutral so you can have more fun in the rest of the room although it's certainly not the most practical thing. Changing out bedding is much easier than switching wallpaper and furniture.

Geez - I chose solid white sheets because they're easy to mix/match and keep clean - which I alternate w/ solid baby blue sheets because the color is soothing, and a red blanket for contrast...

My husband wants black black black. I want colorful. We compromised on tan sheets and green blankets.
Now I can't convince him to budge (he feels he's already done his share of bending).
Any suggestions on how to incorporate a little more vibrancy without flipping him out? (He wants black everything all of the time because "it isn't girly." Sometimes he'll choose brown. Sometimes.)

Muted, kind of mossy green, I should add.

Mrs. Mack, have you considered black on black with pops of vibrant color? The black would make the colors appear all the bolder, more saturated. Could make you both very happy.
There was a great apartment like this shown in Living Etc. once. I'm sure it's in their gallery.

Mrs Mack--
Have you considered separate bedrooms?

Fall Winter: chocolate brown, cobalt and powder blue John Robshaw duvet and cases. Sheets are tbd.

My duvet, sham and pillow are orange as is my headboard. My sheets are mostly white though. What does that say?
Anyway, AT should have a sidebar with all the color, style quizzes and selectors. These are great and fun reference and assessment tool. For the most part they are dead on.

First of all, we live in a one bedroom apartment. So even if we wanted separate bedrooms that wouldn't be an option (and we just moved here so moving elsewhere is not an option).
Second of all, I don't want to sleep in another room! We like cuddling with each other as we fall asleep. We just can't agree on colors. :/
