Kelly + Olive E-Decorating

032409_kellyolive01.jpgWe really are enjoying the new style of interior decorators that have popped up online in the form of e-decorators. E-decorators offer online services to really help you create a beautiful space in your home. Each firm is unique but the general idea is that you do everything over the internet, typically answering a style Q & A and emailing photos and dimensions of your space. A few weeks ago we...

...we had the pleasure of working with Kelly + Olive, e-decorators with a fresh, personal approach to redesign. They helped us with tackling on our master bedroom. Once again, we had some limitations with money and mentioned this to the ladies in our style Q & A. We also emailed that we wanted more color accents, inspired by the rich jewel tones of the very chic Kelly Wearstler designed Viceroy Hotel.

Our six-page design book was full of imagery and suggestions. We really like how there were multiple decor suggestions on tone, texture and color. Plus each page of our book had a theme specific to our room like using white and creating a focal wall with some of the photos that we sent over from our space. (see our Mr Chair?)

Click here to check out Kelly + Olive and their range of services from the very affordable color consultation up to the "big pimpin" redesign.

k o are amazing, they helped me with fresh and modern ideas to designing our first baby's nursery. I loved everything they had suggested and would have never been able to come up with some of the creative ideas that were in my mood board. LOVE kelly olive!

I wonder if they do online consultations. *sigh* Alaska is so far away from Chicago. I love their style.

lisetiffner - the beauty of e-decorating is that the whole process IS online! No matter where you live, e-decorators can assist you throughout your design process.

I love them! They did a design makeover for my family room that was just amazing. I've recently began implementing some of their suggestions and already the space feels so much more pulled together. I highly recommend the lovely ladies of kelly olive.

is the book image supposed to enlarge so we can read it, or is that proprietary?

They did a fabulous makeover for my master bedroom -- gave me a great overall vision that dovetailed perfectly with what I never knew I always wanted. They found fabulous (affordable!) pieces, and taught me some terrific DIYs to work with existing pieces. My bedroom now makes me super happy. I plan to use them again in the future.

I'll add my voice to the others who have worked with K O and loved the results--the online process was very fun and accomodating; no appointments to set up, then you get to wait for the "results" email like waiting for Christmas. I was so impressed with the way the Kelly Olive designers took my own nebulous thoughts about the room and clarified them into something concrete & beautiful that I can now put in to action! Definitely check them out.
