While Murphy beds epitomized the idea of killing two birds with one stone, the physical result used to be that a hidden bed was a crappy bed. Flying Beds, based out of Colorado, are determined to change all of that.
They promise that their beds are better than a pull out sofa and their quality of Murphy bed mechanisms are superior as well. While they have their own furniture manufacture allowing them to customize and create some wonderfully high-end pieces, it is their new flying Beds from Europe that have us smiling. The prices are not cheap (around $4000, depending on size and extras) but the guarantee of a good night's sleep and a clutter free space make it seem worth it.
