Blogging... HOME magazine Jan/Feb 2008

It's the last day of February on this overcast morning here in So Cal. We're a little late on this, but we had to call attention to this fun burst of color in the house tour of Liz Omedes and Noel Berk, designed by designer Jamie Drake. It's featured in the Jan/Feb 2008 issue of HOME magazine...

We love the vibrant artwork in the living room, and how the colors from it are carried through the entire house in different ways. Lime green can be a tough color to work with, but in this case, the neutrals of everything really give the room life without being garrish. The shots of orange in the kitchen feel so fresh! I really love the cow hide rug. We just bought one for our living room. My wife was a little unsure at first but when it arrived she loved it as well. My five year old decided to name it Dave.
