Blogging...Bandelle

[Kylie was looking for a recipe when she came across the Barefoot Contessa's magazine spread and then highlighted details that can be recreated in one's own home on her blog.]

We first spotted Kylie's pretty blog, Bandelle, last summer through another design blog's link list and immediately added it to our daily reader. The jewelry designer's blog is full of home design + art + fashion + style and offers ideas on creating real life design ideas taken from the pages of fancy, magazine spreads and theatrical releases.

Our favorite series, Double Take, offers an inspirational and clever take on translating Hollywood sets into real life home design. Here's a look at the movie, In Her Shoes, and tips for creating this palette and design in your own home.

I wonder if the 3 'l's in the world 'small' in the first pictures top right caption is a mistake or an emphasis on it being small?
