I think it's so interesting to see these old pictures. There are many ideas which are only slightly changed today and still look great. Fun stuff.

Funny, I grew up in a 1957 model home in Houston...Had virtually every "trend" pictured here.

I LOVE these pictures. I have always wanted a house with some of these features. My grandparents house (built in 1957) was very trendy for it's time because my grandfather was a builder and developer and it was his "show house" of sorts. I guess I will be spending my life trying to find something similar.
