Electric Toothbrush as Scrubber

Here's another new use for old things...We know people have been using regular toothbrushes for scrubbing for generations, but have you ever thought to reuse your electric toothrbush? We spotted this tip at Real Simple, and had to admit the thought never crossed our minds, but it makes perfect sense! Just like it is with your teeth, you'll "polish without the elbow grease"! Has anyone used their electric toothbrush to scrub grout or anything? Was it better than a normal one?

When i switched to my Sonicare toothbrush, my old electric toothbrush became my favorite cleaning tool...it works perfect for cleaning around the base of the sink faucet

I use mine to clean my diamond ring. Does Jess2nola find the Sonicare better than the regular electric?

i started doing it when i saw sme commercial for a grout scrubber. it was essentially an electric toothbrush for $. it's a nice way to reuse.
