Trays of all types are a useful way of creating order out of chaos. Put things on a tray and, like framing a picture, the items suddenly seem like they were placed there deliberately. We use trays in every room in the house -- on our landing strip, our coffee table, in our bathroom, on our dresser, to corral pet bowls on the floor and, of course, the ultimate luxury, breakfast (or any other meal) in bed on the weekends -- so we're always on the lookout for new ones...
