Current obsession: kitschy door knockers. We don't have one (yet); and considering that our doorbell works perfectly fine, we aren't in dire need of one either. But there's no harm in looking, right? We love this foxy one that was featured in Domino's recent holiday issue, but we're also pretty fond of the nautical themed ones by Michael Healy as well.
Does anyone remember those talking door knockers from "The Labyrinth"? I have always wanted one of those!

The door to my apt is metal, and I don't think I'd be allowed do drill holes into it. Is there some other way I could mount a knocker like the fox above? I'm thinking really strong magnets might work, but it probably depends on what the back of the thing looks like.
