We celebrated Outdoor Month last night out with friends on a Duffy Boat. In So Cal we have the fortunate weather of course, but we also have great little water ways, safe for the novice boater or two who just want to get outside and enjoy the views.
We have the great fortune of having a good friend who owns one, but rentals are widely available across the southland. Marina Del Rey, Newport Beach, Oceanside and Long Beach all have rental places available. [or Google Duffy Boat Rentals]
Our crew brought on board a fun feast of champagne, great cheeses, wine and chocolate just to name part of our dinner. CD players are also on board to add a soundtrack to your evening.
It's such a different and relaxing way to spend an evening together with friends. If you have out of town company coming this summer it would be an excellent way to show them a different side of Los Angeles or a night out with your sweetheart.
