Flickr Find: Spins LP's paintings

This is our last week of Artwork Month. We love this painting by Scott Yeskel entitled "Late Leavers", which SpinsLPs has in his downtown loft. I was just at a showing of his paintings at the Sue Greenwood Gallery in Laguna Beach and if I remember correctly his smaller (24" x 24") abstract paintings went for around $1200. The largest cityscape there was going for $4500. This was a group showing and his painting were flying off the walls. As for the other artist... not so much.

I love that the midtones of the painting match the color of the headboard. nice juxtaposition/composition.
