Here's another simple DIY headboard idea from AT reader Miss. She simply used a bamboo curtain purchased at an import store. She's thinking about finishing the edges, but isn't sure with what. How about binding the edges, on 3 sides at least, with leather carpet binding? It comes in several widths, is generally creased in the middle so easy to apply with glue, and comes in non-leather options as well (faux or fabric).
