Flickr Finds: NeoLuna7's Garden Bench in a Bush

063008_flickbench.jpgHere's a pretty neat way to put a garden bench in a garden: carve out a nook in a huge bush. This bench in particular is in a romantic garden of a hotel in Luxembourg. We're thinking that this idea could be replicated using a few wire arches and a fast climber, like a bougainvillea or jasmine.

Bougainvillea usually has thorns and that wouldn't be a good idea. You need more than just arches to make the ball shape.

Nice as it looks, it also lookslike a great habitat for a variety of insects. I am all for a place for critters to live, just not in close proximity to me while I am sitting and relaxing.
