We've been busy toiling away in our apartment's front yard, pulling out dead plants, moving heavy rocks, shoveling soil to prepare for planting in the coming weeks. One thing we noticed in the pas when planting is we can often forget the names of the plants we put into the ground months later. Those little plastic tabs often get broken or lost, so we're thinking of getting a few of these more permanent "DooHickeys". Yes, that's what they're really called, and they're made of brass so they'll last a lot longer than some of our gardening attempts. At $5 for 10 markers we can keep our Arctostaphylos clearly labeled from our Arctostaphylos hookeri x pajaroensis.

I love it when you talk Botanical Latin. ;-)
Really, though, great-looking product...have to tell my gardener pals about it. Thanks.
