Hoseroll

pfhosekatamari07.jpg

Any Katamari Damacy fans out there? I'm liking the idea behind the Hoseroll, a wooden sculptural solution for garden hose storage that reminds me greatly of the Japanese cult video game. Just wrap the hose around the prongs and wait for the curious inquiries. [via Modern Self]

Probably my most frequently played game... (Aside from embarrassing ones like, say, Gauntlet.)

And yes, girls do play video/computer games. :) Even WoW. Not like I'd ever, um, admit it, though. *cough*

gretchen,

Not only do I play WoW, I work for a MMO guild hosting company. Previously I worked for 12 years for a company that makes paper-and-dice roleplaying games (think D&D). Computer games rock and there are a bajillion women playing all over the world. Grrl Gamers rock!

Don't even get me started on how I was reading in bed last night while my better half was Guitar Heroing away in the other room!

Beware... if your hose ball isn't big enough, the king of the cosmos may blow you to smithereens with his eyes. :(

theninthcloud - Haha!

Monica - One of the reasons I love my best friend so much is because she's in grad school (read: incredibly smart) and she's super hott (she was in many beauty pageants before she turned 18), yet her favorite thing ever is to play WoW and assorted video games. She's such a secret geek and I love it. When we're together, we talk about clothes and hair and levels. ("T, you should be working on your paper, it's due tomorrow." "I know, just one more level. OK, just one more level." OR "I have a raid in 50 minutes so we have to hurry.")

I, myself, am really into comic books, but love to game as well.
