Karim Rashid's Grobal Self Watering Planter

We've blogged the best self watering containers, and now that we're all talking about escaping (and thereby abandoning our plants), we wanted to add one more option to the list:

It's Karim Rashid's Grobal Self Watering Planter which is essentially a mini hydroponic planter, self contained and ready to grow an array of plants. Perfect for serious or lazy or vacation-bound gardeners.

kind of unrelated - does anyone know the name of the plant in the middle? i have one and have never been able to find out the name!

cblls, I think that plant is called organ pipe jade.

I like the planter, and not too pricey! I wish there was a bigger version, but then it might get too pricey... *sigh*
