Where to Buy Living Wall Planters
It's called the The Outdoor Living Wall Planter Grid. Each panel measures 19-1/2" W x 19-1/2" H x 2-5/8" and it sells for $59.99. You can buy an extension panel to make the panel deeper for $79.99.
Be warned unlike Indoor Living Wall Panels, these Outdoor Living Wall panels do not include a frame or trays, so mount them where water drips won't be a problem.
