One of the drawbacks of modern technology is that occasionally we're left with the conundrum of figuring out where to place certain awkward parts, such as the ever important remote control. Well, the ever clever Jonathan Adler has now added the "remote box" to his fantastic "Utopia" collection. We love the juxtaposition of something handmade with something high-tech. Now you can store that remote in something a bit more stylish than wedged in between the cushions of your sofa. As the saying goes, "a place of everything and everything in its place!"

Cool design but, the reality is most of us need a box that will hold 4-5 remotes... vcr/dvd,dvd player, X box, TV etc. I solved the problem accidentally by buying a large antique chinese jewelry box. The bottom drawer holds 5 remotes and the top jewelry section with interior mirror holds coasters to keep my antique table from injury. I don't think the Jonathan Adler box is big enough for our household of tech geeks. BTW I got mine at Sweet Smiling Home warehouse sale last year. They are open again now and I believe still have some.
