Dear ATLA,
I have 6 Kyoto chairs from DWR around Crate & Barrel's Nova round dining table. While I love the look of the chair, I want to have the option of slip covering them to create a different look. My dilemma is that these chairs are scaled slightly smaller than standard-sized dining chairs.
Do any manufacturers have anything that would work for my chairs? Or will I have to go custom? If so, will I end up paying more for the slipcovers than I did for the chair? Are there any L.A. local resources that will quote me a reasonable price?
Thank you!
Enrique
Hey Enrique,
We'd like to go on record as saying that those chairs are great and we don't think these should get slip covered (Why make something so lovely look like Pottery Barn?) If you are getting bored with the style we'd rather a beautiful tablecloth to add a little texture.

Alec. Thanks for the tip on Chalio's! His approximate quote seems really good for custom. So I really appreciate the tip. The reason I'm opting for slipcovers rather than a tablecloth is that I LOVE the lines of the dining table more than those of the chairs. And I think that having light-colored slipcovers over the dark chairs is quick and easy way to dramatically change the look of the dining area. So, as I assumed several weeks ago, custom seems like the best way to go... Thanks again!
