Good Questions: Need This Side Table Table Identified

I'm on the lookout for a beautiful side table that I saw in the FLOR (carpet tiles) Winter 2008 catalog.  I was wondering if someone in the Apartment Therapy community may know where I can purchase this table. It's the Klemm side table by Oly Studio. So it's not cheap...

It reminds me of things I've seen at Room Service Home or maybe C & S Post, or even Lavendar Fields. These are all online stores.
