Good Questions: Recognize This Metal Chair?
Los Angeles

052609atalreaderquest-1.jpgHi Apartment Therapy, I have saved this picture in my "inspiration files" for when the time comes to redo my home office. Well...the time has come! Unfortunately, I did not save any product info and am trying to find this metal chair. I am in love! Can anyone help identify it or provide any additional information about it? Does anyone know what it costs! Any help would be appreciated! -Vanessa

I'd just email/call Nate Berkus and Associates since it is from his office.

When you saved the picture, did you rename the file or copy it directly to the folder?

If you did the latter, then just try to google it.

I don't know the name of the chair, but the apartment belongs to Nate Berkus.

I was going to say it looks like an updated Chippendale style chair, and it looks like LilyC noticed the same thing. Perhaps you can search for that.

I saw a beautifully re-upholstered set of them at Mercury Design Studio in Austin, TX about a month ago. The woman working said they were purchased vintage by the owner.

I'm pretty sure they are Milo Baughman. There have been a set of 6 on NY Craigslist for weeks. Search for Chippendale. Good luck!
