I found this set a while back but cant quite figure out the chairs. obviously a Saarinen style but unlike any I had ever seen before. They are all metal and quite heavy. Any ideas?

but can we have them? They are so nice! We are going to put this one out to the readers, so if anyone has a clue...
We know you were not asking but… we hope you are going to touch up those scratches at the base. If you are good, you'll have it done professionally, but if you are quick and dirty like us, you'll run out and at least get some Wet and Wild White nail polish and do it yourself.
With everyone grabbing up Saarinen, this set is so extra-special. Congrats on the purchase.
I haven't seen a set like yours before, so it could be made by Burke.
Burke was a company out of Dallas that also made Knoll/Saarinen style tables and chairs.
It could also be made by Chrome Craft, a company out of CA (I think?) that also made eames style chairs and tables.
