This month's theme is "Home away from home". We'll be covering camping destinations, hotels, motels, roadtrips/day trips, and any other aspects of just getting away from it all.

Haha no, no...Chet's "Let's Get Lost" seemed like a phrase that embodied the spirit of getting away from it all, whether it a roadtrip, weekend getaway or an extended vacation far away.

Well, Chet's fine with me either way. And, I'm taking a road trip. On August 27th or so I am driving from NY to Los Angeles to relocate. I'm taking necessities only and the cat will be in the car with me for the entire trip; pet friendly hotels, new sunglasses, taking my time and enjoy the road, and taking photos.
So, for once, my timing is good........
