a clean organized home. creates a sense of peace, serenity

Having everything clean and taken care of makes all the difference. First priority is to fix broken things and refinish peely surfaces. I'd rather keep a style I'm not in love than do some DIY to achieve a look in a half-assed, hacky way.

simply making sure I have adequate organizational and storage furniture.

bookshelves, cabinets, boxes, and racks.

as long as everything has a place to be put away to, I can get the decorating part done at my leisure.

What makes me feel "moved in" is setting up my closet. It's just not home until my clothes are there!
