My daughter in law's sister wore Doc Marten's under her wedding dress as a matter of principal (she was a beautiful bride). She was married in 1997.

Why not a pretty brand-new pair of white and pink sneakers under one's wedding dress? I love the idea!

Context is everything--Draper lived in an era long before either Docs or Chucks--she was born in 1889! She had amazing taste.
Anyway, the point is home accessories, not Bridezilla's.
